The Residence offers 146 sq m of space ideal for exclusive private meetings or social gatherings, ranging from small parties to personalized weddings. The event space can also be divided into two smaller areas offering 73 sq m of space respectively. It also features a boardroom and a VIP holding room. Themed after a modern contemporary art gallery, ideal for exclusive private weddings, engagements or social gatherings. The Residence offers 146 sq m that accommodate up to 160 guests.

Suited for more intimate, personalized events is the Keembong I and II function rooms at the lobby level. It offers 116 sq m of space. Hold a theatre-style meeting for up to 130 persons or a boardroom meeting for 45 persons. With the option of dividing this venue into two rooms, 56 and 49 sq ms respectively, you can review your latest prospectus with 40 colleagues in either room. Located next door to Cempaka Room, the Bungor Room offers 67 sq of space and that can accommodate 40 guests for trainings or social events. Suitable for close friends and family members and perfect for a day or evening wedding celebration.

Enjoy the exclusivity, within this intimate and private executive boardroom, located on the 13th floor. The boardroom table is set for 10 guests, allowing for smaller meetings complemented by the stunning panoramic view of the South China Sea.
