Fully extended, it offers seating capacity of 380 for an opulent sit-down dinner or 400 for a cocktail reception. It can also be divided into two smaller areas, Kimanis Ballroom I offering 340 sq m and Kimanis Ballroom II offering 190 sq m of event space respectively. The adjacent foyer space adds impressive options to your event, ideal as registration area.

Themed after a modern contemporary art gallery, ideal for exclusive private weddings, engagements or social gatherings. The Residence offers 146 sq m that accommodate up to 160 guests.

With the option of dividing this venue into two rooms, 56 and 49 sq ms respectively, you can review your latest prospectus with 40 colleagues in either room. This room can also be illuminated by daylight through its windows or blacked out to provide the atmosphere necessary for all types of presentations. Suited to more intimate, cosy weddings , it is suitable to host up to 70 wedding guests or a 100 guests for a cocktail event.
