PICCOLO
Piccolo, a contemporary steakhouse, showcases inspired design and culinary techniques with its open-concept kitchen. The restaurant offers a variety of expertly prepared grilled steaks and entrées, all set against a backdrop of jewel-toned greens and soft white fabrics. Piccolo is kosher certified under the strict supervision of Chabad of Aruba. Friday evening Shabbat dinner is available by reservation only.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ANY MOOD OR PALATE
Chopped Salad with heirloom tomato, radish, cucumber, parsley, creamy tahini dressing, sumac, focaccia croutons, and fresh mint. This is a salad that delivers bold flavor with a crunch.
Penne Bolognese featuring slow-cooked beef Bolognese with basil and herb oil is a rustic favorite that will transport you to the Italian countryside with every mouthwatering bite.
Cowboy Ribeye is our 24 oz. premium cut steak seasoned and grilled to perfection, making it the perfect choice for an entrée.

Cold Grilled Octopus is one of the most popular appetizers at Ruinas del Mar; it features shiso mix, cold pumpkin and carrot mousseline, cherry tomatoes, crispy potato, and a mustard vinaigrette.
Lobster Bisque is another favorite. This gluten-free, creamy seafood dream, with a hint of kick, features Pomodoro creamed bisque, 2 oz. lobster meat, pesto.
Ruinas Salad is so good we named it after ourselves. This delicious gluten-free dish includes local mixed lettuce, caramelized pear, blue cheese, radish, pinoli, bell pepper, cucumber, and a red wine reduction dressing.
