ShinSen introduces a modern sushi destination defined by freshness, innovation, and the artistry of Japanese cuisine. Framed by sweeping ocean views, this intimate setting showcases sushi and sashimi prepared with balance and intention.

The menu features refined expressions of Japanese flavors, including Tuna Crispy Rice with sweet soy and avocado, Hamachi Jalapeño Sashimi with yuzu soy, and the signature Sunset Roll, layered with spicy tuna, avocado, yellowtail, and yuzu kosho.

An inspired cocktail menu adds a sense of ritual to the evening, pairing composed drinks with deliberate presentation and a refined sense of ceremony.

Welcome to Piccolo, a contemporary indoor and outdoor dining experience centered on fine cuts of steak, elevated entrées, and an open-kitchen atmosphere.

Guest favorites include Grilled Chicken and Short Rib Cannelloni with truffle sauce, alongside premium cuts such as the 24‑ounce Cowboy Steak and Boneless Ribeye.

Piccolo is kosher-certified and operates under the strict supervision of Chabad of Aruba. Friday evening Shabbat dinner is available by reservation.

RUINAS DEL MAR

A love letter to the island, Ruinas del Mar is inspired by Aruba’s earliest days and the historic Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins. Surrounded by a tranquil lagoon filled with vibrant koi fish and a striking black swan, the restaurant offers a memorable evening setting with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The dinner menu showcases seafood specialties that draw from Caribbean and Mediterranean traditions. Highlights include Linguini Frutti di Mare with shrimp, scallops, octopus, and squid, Mixed Grilled Fish featuring grouper, salmon, and prawn, and Caribbean Red Snapper, simply prepared and served.
