Our hotel is best suited for families, couples and business travelers alike. The fun never stops at Hyatt Regency Orange County, with our broad selection of family-friendly amenities, entertainment and attractions. As a Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel, we offer park shuttle services right from our lobby (fee).
Check-in is at 4:00PM, and & check-out is at 11:00AM. Early check-in & late check-out are available for a fee, subject to availability.

Yes, package storage fees are as follows: 0-20 lbs: $10, 20-30 lbs: $20, 30-50 lbs: $30, 50-75 lbs: $50, 75-100 lbs: $75, 100 lbs+: $100. Pallets/Extra-large rolling cases: $150. We do not accept perishable items.

Pets
Hyatt Regency Orange County is a dog-friendly hotel. To book a pet-friendly room at our hotel, please call reservations at +1 800 233 1234. The following policies and charges will apply: Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs is less than 75 pounds. There will be a $100 charge for stays up to six nights. Any stays seven nights or longer will incur an additional $100 deep cleaning fee. These fees are non-refundable. Pet fees are subject to occupancy tax. The following supplies will be provided when booking a dog-friendly room: dog bed, dog bowls, dog bowl mats and dog biscuits. Your dog will be required to wear a hotel dog ID tag while on the property. There will be a $25 fee if this tag is not returned upon checkout. Dogs are not allowed in public areas such as our restaurants, pool, fitness center and other restricted areas. Dogs must be settled by 9:30pm. The owner will be required to provide a cell phone number to locate them in the event of an emergency. Reservations for dog-friendly rooms should be made at least three days in advance. *We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals – service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy.
