Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $40.00 is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your traveling canine companions to our pet-friendly hotel in San Francisco’s Union Square. To participate in the pet program, inform the hotel at least three days before arrival that you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under, or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds, are permitted. Our knowledgeable staff can recommend pet-friendly parks and restaurants in the downtown area.

Rates are as follows:

Up to 6 nights: $100 per stay

7–30 nights: $100 additional deep-cleaning fee

31+ nights: Fee assessed at the hotel’s discretion

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Package Handling Policy

Any items shipped or delivered to the hotel will be associated with a fee and charged to your guest room. To retrieve a delivered package, please visit the Bell Desk located in the lobby. For assistance with shipping, please contact the Concierge Desk and we are delighted to help facilitate your shipment.

Incoming Package Handling Fees:

• Letter/Envelope: $5

• Small Box (under 10 lbs): $15

• Medium Box (10–20 lbs): $20

• Large Box (20–50 lbs): $25

• Extra Large Box (over 50 lbs): $50

• Plastic Cases / Luggage / Golf Clubs: $80

• Crates / Pallets: $350

• Double Pallets: $650

Outgoing Shipping: A $10 handling fee applies to all outgoing shipments, in addition to the cost of shipping. Shipping rates will vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
