Isala Spa

Spread over approximately 25,000 square feet (2,323 square meters), Isala Spa includes 15 treatment rooms and suites, six of which are designed for couples. Each spa suite includes a private bathroom and the majority feature natural daylight. Elsewhere in the spa, guests can indulge in outdoor hot tubs, steam rooms and freeze showers. There is also a dedicated foot massage room overlooking private landscaped gardens.

ISALA SIGNATURE MASSAGE

Our Isala Signature Massage combines techniques inspired by Macau’s rich heritage. It begins with our signature lotus blend essential oil for a relaxing deep tissue massage, followed by hot jade stone therapies, and completed with a foot massage. This treatment will leave body and mind fully rejuvenated.

Grand Hyatt Macau features a 40-metre, temperature-controlled outdoor pool that is open year-round. Guests can relax on the lounge chairs while enjoying refreshments available on the pool menu. Lifeguards are on duty during service hours, making this an excellent venue for families.

Kids’ City

Covering 17,000 square feet, the naturally lit Kids’ City offers adventure in four zones: Dream, Excite, Create and Explore. On weekends and certain holidays feature clown performances, plays and interactive games, creating unforgettable memories for every child.

Guests staying at Grand Hyatt Macau are entitled to unlimited access and playtime at Kids’ City during its operating hours throughout the stay.
Kids’ City is open from 10:30 to 19:00 (last admission at 18:00) and is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, except during certain school holidays.
This offer includes unlimited playtime for up to 2 adults (aged 18 or above) and 2 kids (under 17 years old) per room during the hotel stay. Additional guests not listed on the registration form will be subject to an admission fee.
Guests must present an identification document with the child’s photo at the Kids’ City reception counter upon check-in to enjoy this offer. Once registered, no changes can be made. Kids under the age of 5 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Guest must be appropriately dressed. Kids are suggested to wear long-sleeve shirts and long pants (covering ankles). All guests are required to wear socks and remove shoes. Guest without socks will not be permitted entry.
This offer excludes any purchase at the Kids’ City Boutique, Powerup Station, Art Attack or Arcade Matrix.
A fee of MOP 500 per hour will be charged if the guardian/parent fails to pick up the kids within operating hours (before 19:00).
