The front desk member is very friendly and gave us many travel suggestion that helps us to discover Macau very well. It's very close the Wynn palace and very easy to take the tourist cable car. The view is very good.

I don't expect a hotel staff which is so helpful and proactive in serving client. He helped me to make various dinning reservations and also gave me clear direction on how to get to these restaurants. This allowed me to have a very enjoyable trip in Macau.

Grand Hyatt Macau’s tailored early checkin and the customer service to resolved some programmatic issues on my behalf has made my trip exceptional. We went with friend and as a globalist I was upgraded. But my invited friend’s room was booked using a free room voucher and was not upgraded. The Grand club manager Tina listened to my feedback and contacted World of Hyatt for me and magically made everything better. Suite upgrade for both rooms on the same floor and exceptional service from checking in to booking my taxi to make sure I arrive at the terminal on time.

Stayed one night at a club room during a short break. Convenient location, with lively neighbourhood and diverse restaurants and entertainment venues. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. A special metion to a manager at Grand Club, Ms Peggy Yu. Thanks for her and her team's services that had made ours a fabulous stay.

The service at the Grand Hyatt is always exceptional. The location of the hotel and its facilities are great. Its 3 stops from the Cotai Ferry Pier on the Light Rail, which stops right at the hotel (City of Dreams). The only negative, and this applies to all Macau Hotels, is the smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and even in the non smoking rooms.

Amazing hotel. Amazing rooms. Tina Yu gave us amazing advice to explore Macau and guided us towards the best buffet I had in my life. The facilities were up to date and super modern. The shuttles made it so you didn’t need to use taxi cabs. Below there is shopping and links to casinos and other hotel areas. Can’t miss.

The staff are absolutely incredible. If your. If you’re not a member of the world of Hyatt program I would highly recommend signing up right away to start earning points. There are no catches and their properties, staff and service are incredible. Our stay in Macau was absolutely incredible and in a very convenient location with shuttle service to the historic district. I would choose this hotel over the others for Top notch Service and location.

The staff from the hotel and the lounge did a great job to make sure guests are well taken care of. Room assignments, guest requests were all addressed. There is an additional surprise arranged by Peggy very well for this stay. Memorable experience!

The hotel’s level of service through every phase of the stay was nothing less than exceptional. Management even permitted me to use the beautiful spa facilities well past checkout time to shower and change clothes after a long afternoon of walking in the heat and humidity - and before my flight. I was beyond appreciative for that gesture of service. I would highly recommend the Hyatt in Macau.

Giving full marks for my stay was extremely easy! Kent Peng and Mavis Lyu were just exceptional and went above and beyond what I expected. Noticing that we had 2 rooms in different towers without hesitation they upgraded one room to be closer to the next. This was a very special occasion as it was for my mothers birthday and was the icing on the cake for my stay : )
