The Stables at Tamaya

The Stables are a true reflection of the Tamayame’s respect for their land and animals. The Tamaya Horse Rehab program embodies that spirit. Take a trail ride on a rescue horse year round or attend the weekly Thursday night rodeo during the summer. Trail rides are $75/person and depart at 8:30am and 5:30pm.

Hot Air Ballooning

This unforgettable adventure is the ideal way to view all the incredible beauty that surrounds our magnificent resort. As the inflation process of the hot air balloons begins, you will have the opportunity to join the pilot as a hands-on crew member and build memories in an interactive way.

Srai Wi Cultural Activities

Srai Wi means “my children” in the Keresan language, the original language of the people of Tamaya. Srai Wi activities are carefully curated by our Cultural staff to offer our young guests multiple creative, unique and authentic learning experiences.

Camp Hyatt

While parents head off on their own adventures throughout the resort kids can have fun with us making traditional adobe bricks, creating their own sand paintings, learning Native American games, exploring the Bosque, learning to weave and swimming with new friends.

NM Jeep Tours offers guided tours year round out of Albuquerque and Santa Fe with pickups available at Tamaya’s front door. The Land of Enchantment abounds in opportunities to explore the mysteries of its ancient past and the wonders of its stunning landscapes.

Enjoy a jog or run through five miles of trails winding through stunning southwest mesas and Cottonwood Bosque next to the Rio Grande. Trails are easy to moderate level.
