Children - Accommodation

Children under the age of 12 stay for free in the room of their parents. From the age of 12 children are counted as adults. We are happy to provide you with a complimentary baby bed (children up to an age of 3). An extra bed for adults will be charged at €100 per night. Please note that extra beds can only be provided beginning in the King Bed Deluxe Category.

For a second room booking for children under the age of 12, we can offer you, depending on availability, a second room at a family rebate of 50% of the room rate.

To make your journey with children as pleasant as possible, we keep the following items and amenities ready for you on request as part of our Very Important Baby (VIB)-Services

• Baby crib, baby bathtub, body care products for babies, childproof socket, diaper garbage can, night light
• Baby food, drinking bottle and bottle warmer, diapers, hot-water bottle
• Children’s bathrobe and slippers for older children
• Buggy upon prior notification

Children - Restaurants

Breakfast for children up to six years is free. Breakfast price for children between 7 and 12 years is €19. We offer a special kid´s menus and have children’s dishes, children’s highchairs and colouring books available at our restaurants.

Monday through Sunday 8 am to 9 pm. The Gym is open 24/7. Our spa is available from 3 pm on your arrival day and until 12 pm on the day of your departure. Should you want to use the spa beyond those times, you may purchase a day spa ticket (€ 75 per person) as well. Treatments are available between 12 pm and 8 pm, upon prior arrangement. Our saunas and areas of relaxation are open only to adults from the age of 18. Guests from the age of 16 may use our facilities when accompanied by an adult. The pool is open to children being supervised by an adult from 12 pm to 6 pm.

For your dog’s stay at Andaz Munich, we will charge a one-time fee of 65 € per dog, which includes our V.I.D. ‘Very Important Dog’ Service: a dog biscuit to welcome your companion to the room, a cosy dog bed for the night, and a dog bowl. For stays with pets, we have designated rooms throughout most categories, as to have easy access to elevators and outdoor areas; kindly book one of the following categories if you are traveling with your furry companion: Andaz King Bed, Andaz Twin Bed, Andaz Courtyard Garden View King Bed, Andaz Art Suite, Andaz Junior Suite, or Andaz Suite. A dog sitter service can be booked upon request. We are happy to welcome your dog at our Andaz Lounge and in our restaurants. Please kindly note that access to these areas depends on the size of your dog and might be restricted. Dogs have to be kept on a leash at all times in all hotel areas.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
The hotel and all our rooms are non-smoking areas. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €250 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you very much for your understanding.
