Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Early check-in is subject to availability. If a room is not ready on arrival, luggage can be stored while guests explore the city. Guaranteed early check-in requires booking the previous night.

Late check-out is subject to availability. Standard check-out is at 12:00 noon. Fees apply as follows: until 2:00 PM (€50), until 4:00 PM (€100). Later departures require booking an additional night. 

Yes. The Front Office team is available 24/7. Rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 PM onward. Early arrivals are subject to availability unless the previous night is booked.

Yes. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Bags can be left with the Front Office or Reception team, allowing time to explore the city. This service is complimentary and subject to availability.

Options include Standard King with Standard Twin, Andaz Suite (King) with Standard Twin or Courtyard Garden View (King), Junior Suite (King) with Andaz Art Suite (King), as well as select combinations between Andaz View Suites, Tower View Suites, and Andaz Tower View rooms.

Room categories are spread across the hotel, with each level offering a slightly different perspective:

• City View: 5th floor, close to the spa

An underground garage with over 900 spaces is directly connected to the hotel. Rates are €3.50 per hour or €35 per 24 hours. Maximum vehicle height is 2.10m. EV charging is available at an additional cost. No reservation is required.

Munich Airport (MUC) is around 32 km from the hotel, with a travel time of approximately 20 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic.

Getting here is straightforward, with a few easy options depending on the pace of the journey:

• Lufthansa Express Bus: Airport to Nordfriedhof (close to the hotel), running roughly every 20 minutes 
• Public transport: S-Bahn (S8) into the city, then U3/U6 to Münchner Freiheit, followed by Tram 23 to Parzivalplatz, right by the main entrance 
• Taxi: Around €60–€95, depending on traffic and route 
• Private transfer: Limousine service from approximately €150

Parzivalplatz sits right at the main entrance, with Tram 23 and buses 140, 141 and N40 connecting directly to Münchner Freiheit (U3/U6). Dietlindenstraße (U6), Nordfriedhof (U6) and Münchner Freiheit (U3/U6) are all within a 10 to 12 minute walk.

Yes. Spa treatments can be explored and booked at  www.andazspa.de. Availability can be limited, so booking ahead of arrival is recommended.

Yes. The pool is located on the 6th floor, set beneath a roof with panoramic windows that open up when the weather allows.

A mix of settings, each with its own feel. The Lonely Broccoli brings a bold, ingredient-led approach, M’Uniqo Rooftop Bar & Restaurant pairs cocktails with panoramic views, while Bicicletta Cafe and the Andaz Lounge offer more relaxed options throughout the day.

Dinner reservations are recommended for The Lonely Broccoli and required for M’Uniqo Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, including for hotel guests. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.
Bicicletta Cafe and the Andaz Lounge operate without reservations.

Yes. Breakfast (not brunch) at The Lonely Broccoli is open to external guests at €44 per person, with reservations recommended. Alternatively, breakfast is also available à la carte at the Andaz Lounge and Bicicletta Cafe.

Breakfast is generally available without a reservation, except for larger groups. During busier times, a short wait may be expected.

Yes. Chromecast is available, making it easy to stream personal content directly to the in-room TV.

Connecting rooms are available across selected categories, including King-to-Twin and Suite combinations. All requests are subject to availability.

Twin beds are available in Twin, Courtyard Garden View, Junior Suite, City View and Tower View categories, depending on availability.

Dogs are welcome. The V.I.D. (Very Important Dog) setup includes treats, a premium FLUM dog bed, and a bowl, all ready on arrival.
A fee of €35 per pet, per day applies.



Pets are allowed at The Lonely Broccoli, Andaz Lounge and Bicicletta. For M’Uniqo Rooftop Bar and Restaurant, please let us know at the time of reservation.

Dogs must remain on a leash throughout the hotel and are not permitted in the spa.

The hotel is generally accessible, with three twin-bed rooms designed for accessible stays.
Please note that access to the spa (pool area) and the 13th floor of M’Uniqo Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is more limited.
