My wife and I spent five nights at the Andaz Prague. Since we traveled by train from Vienna to Prague, the hotel was conveniently located to the main railway station. Additionally, we had easy access to multiple tram and subway lines for access to the city as well as a day-trip to Terezin. The hotel itself was nicely appointed, very comfortable and quiet, and the dining was really good. Compliments to the chef for dinners we enjoyed at the hotel as well as the daily breakfasts. Overall, we had a great experience.

I expected more from this hotel and my stay. I was on a guest of honor and on an Edit stay and don't feel the hotel does enough to make guests especially high end elites special. Some of the staff were nice and helpful but some staff didn't know enough about Prague and options. Some staff seemed like they expected the guests to just use the internet but I want a detox from anymore internet than I need and expected the concierge team beyond one helpful guy to tell me about lovely Prague. One lady had no idea what an air purifier is. Then the manager said we would get one and humidifier was delivered. The chat function to staff was WhatsApp and I finally got a returned phone call in the airport leaving a day late. There were significant areas that I thought we would get nice perks such as a free mini bar which is now just waters and no longer a happy hour for elites. This hotel is too expensive to not have these things and it doesn't offer reasonable value. I am very high status at Marriot, and IHG so wanted to give Hyatt a chance and was disappointed. The hotel is in a historic building but none of the inside of the hotel has any old world charm. How does it help to try to stay in history when this quality seems to have been preserved essential on the outside. Maybe some people like hotels completely modern but they could of done a better job when renovating giving both modern convenience while keeping it a historic property and old world beauty as other hotels such as the hotel Tellegraaf in Tallin Estonia has done well. The final issue is no swimming pool which I knew about before I went but didn't know none of the regular guest rooms have bathtubs which is not acceptable for a '5" star hotel. The breakfast including the service for breakfast was very good as was expected but only this area did the hotel preform consistently well. I don't usually write reviews unless I am very happy or disappointed. This time I was disappointed.

I did NOT Stay at this hotel to “save the planet or environment”, or for any reason related to “sustainability”. What is Hyatt, or this hotel’s ownership, possibly thinking? I stayed here to have a nice experience, which did not occur. Soo Glad to be leaving tomorrow. Should have stayed at The Grand Mark, which I suspect which would NOT ask me absurd questions about “sustainability measures”, but, would rather, want to know if I believed they were an excellent hotel, this hotel, is Not. Sorry

Amazing comfortable experience at the Andaz Hotel very professional staff and delicious food. The location made it convenient for touring the area easily.

This is exactly what you expect in a 5-star hotel:beautiful surroundings and excellent service. It’s an oasis of peace in a very busy and exciting city. Best of all: perfect location, close to the train station and all the wonderful shopping and restaurants this city has to offer.

Signage in room offering free drink in exchange for no housekeeping services was incorrect. Buyer beware. Possibly poor understanding of English language.

This hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. They are bright and intelligent and such a pleasure to deal with. From the 2 gentlemen who greeted us and took our bags to the front desk staff and servers. A special thanks to Martin for making our stay so special and memorable ❤️ We would come back in a heartbeat.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. Great location within walking distance of many attractions and a super helpful staff.
