Named after Executive Chef Jun Ishii, this signature burger is the result of 17 years of refinement. The 150g patty is made from 100% lean Japanese beef, seasoned only with salt and pepper for a simple yet bold flavor. It pairs perfectly with whole‑wheat buns crafted by a popular bakery in Gotemba, while the ever‑evolving house-made tartar sauce adds depth and richness. Finished with playful checkered wrapping inspired by the racetrack, this special creation leaves a memorable impression from the very first bite.
