Take a highway bus from Haneda Airport (Keikyu Limousine “Hakone-Togendai and Gotemba”) to JR Gotemba Station. From JR Gotemba Station, take a taxi to the hotel.

Highway Bus

Go to Shinagawa Station by Keikyu Line, transfer to JR Tokaido Line to Kozu Station, then transfer to JR Gotemba Line to Gotemba Station. From JR Gotemba Station, take a taxi to the hotel.

Train

Tokyo-Narita International Airport (NRT)

Approximately 5 hours depending on traffic. Estimated cost around JPY 80,000–JPY 100,000, depending on highway tolls and gate meeting fees.

Take the Narita Express (N’EX) to Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line to Kozu Station, then transfer to the JR Gotemba Line to Gotemba Station. From JR Gotemba Station, take a taxi to the hotel. Otherwise, Take the Narita Express (N’EX) to Tokyo Station, transfer to the JR Shinkansen to Mishima Station, then take the taxi to hotel.

Shuttle Bus Reservation

Reservations open on the first of the month before the ride and close the day prior. Seats are limited. Shuttle service is for hotel guests only.

Booking Notes

Children under 3 years old cannot ride the shuttle bus. We provide one junior seat for a child aged 3 or older (minimum 15 kg), and you must indicate your child’s age when making a reservation. A second child under 6 years old cannot board, as no additional child seat is available. Please do not bring your own child safety seat.​

Child Policy

Group tours and pets are not allowed on board the shuttle bus. The ride is approximately 30 minutes each way, but may vary significantly during motorsports racing events or daily road conditions. The timetable is subject to change based on the season.

Taxi from JR Gotemba Station takes approximately 20 minutes and costs approximately JPY 4,500.

Gotemba Premium Outlets

There are no direct buses between the hotel and the outlet, so please transfer at JR Gotemba Station. From JR Gotemba Station, take a taxi to the hotel. If you wish to use the complimentary shuttle bus service from JR Gotemba Station to the hotel, advance reservations are required by the day before.

Taxi from Gotemba Premium Outlets takes approximately 20 minutes and costs approximately JPY 4,500.
