Named after Executive Chef Jun Ishii, this signature burger is the result of 17 years of refinement. The 150g patty is made from 100% lean Japanese beef, seasoned only with salt and pepper for a simple yet bold flavor. It pairs perfectly with whole‑wheat buns crafted by apopular bakery in Gotemba, while the ever‑evolving house-made tartar sauce add sdepth and richness.
