Great location and wonderful hotel. Great service and very clean. Walking distance to pike place and some great restaurants in the area. Rooftop bar is very nice.

I had a wonderful experience at the Thompson Seattle during a recent business meeting. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful amenities throughout the hotel. My room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One of my favorite features was the hardwood flooring, which I greatly prefer over carpet and which made the room feel fresh and inviting. I also appreciated the black slippers and plush robe provided for guest use, which added a nice touch of comfort. The bed was immaculate and comfortable, and I appreciated having complimentary bottled water available, along with additional water and snacks for purchase. While I would have loved a more direct view, I was still able to catch a glimpse of the ocean from my room by looking to the right, which was a pleasant bonus. I was visiting for a business meeting, and the meeting experience exceeded my expectations. The meeting space felt both intimate and spacious, creating a comfortable environment for collaboration. There was an ample supply of water and tea available throughout the day, which was greatly appreciated. The food was truly outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and thoughtfully prepared. The halibut was a standout dish, and the dessert selections were equally impressive. It's rare to find meeting and conference food that feels both nutritious and delicious, but the culinary team delivered on both. Overall, the Thompson Seattle provided an excellent experience with comfortable accommodations, exceptional food, and welcoming meeting facilities. I would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Seattle.

Perfect location. Great food choices, entertainment, walk by the water, easy ride to both cruise ports. Very kind staff, efficient and very willing to assist. The entire hotel was spotless. I highly suggest using this hotel. I know we will. It will be our "home away from home" anytime we venture to the Seattle area.
We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and I was really impressed by the quality of everything in the room and the attention to detail throughout the property. There were so many thoughtful little touches, even complimentary cookies in the lobby, which we loved. What stood out the most was the staff. Unfortunately, I don’t remember individual names, but every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also accidentally lost my credit card during our stay, and when I realized it was missing, the front desk had found it and kept it safely for me. I was so relieved and really appreciated how well they handled it. The combination of the beautiful hotel, comfortable room, thoughtful details, and genuinely wonderful staff made our stay very special. I would definitely stay here again!
Great stay and location if you want to be in the heart of the city. Staff on sight was lovely and attentive. Thompson is my stay in every city. Highly Rec!
Located just a block away from Pike Place Market, this hotel offers amazing views of the waterfront from my room. The room was clean and tidy without any issues. Bathroom was wonderful especially due to the full size hair and body products that smelled wonderful. The reception staff was very helpful and able to help very promptly with our request. We went to the rooftop bar for drinks around sunset after our early dinner and they were pretty good. Not really a dinner option by itself as they only had light bites. Highly recommend for anyone who is able to spend a little bit more to stay right in the Pike Place area. We were only slated to stay for two nights and spend one full day in Seattle so it was a great home base for us.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, updated bathroom. Nice decor, good breakfast. Free water. They even change the welcome mat in the elevator 3 times a day. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. I loved my stay here.

Great location with restaurant and rooftop bar. Rooms at close to street level are subjected to loud street noise esp at night. Choose rooms accordingly. Staff are professional and breakfast is good as well asxconvenient at Conversation.
