I briefly stayed at PHV in 2025, loved it so much that I wanted to come back. My agenda on my 2026 trip is to enjoy the hotel (vs. visiting Vienna to sightsee). I enjoyed every aspect of the PHV (food and beverage, room service, staff helpfulness, etc, massage and spa experience.). This hotel used to be a bank that was beautifully converted. I think the tasteful conversion is what makes this hotel so special. Highly recommend!
We loved our stay at Park Hyatt Vienna. The location is unbeatable, the interiors are beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, immaculate, and thoughtfully appointed with wonderful amenities. The hotel delivers the high standards you would expect from Park Hyatt. What truly set this property apart, however, was the concierge team. Their recommendations were excellent, and they went above and beyond to secure reservations at popular restaurants and tickets to performances that were otherwise difficult to obtain. Their knowledge, initiative, and genuine desire to make our stay special made our time in Vienna even more memorable. A few housekeeping details could be more consistent, but the outstanding concierge service made a lasting impression. We would happily stay here again.
great location, beautiful finishing of interior, spacious room, very friendly staff, absolutely unbeatable breakfast, stunning conference room and generally entire interior
Just a “wow” experience top to bottom and start to finish. This is a professional hotel with a most professional staff. All of that creates a perfect hotel experience. If you miss Park Hyatt, you’ll miss a charming piece of Vienna.

Beautiful hotel, amazing customer service, central location in Old Historic Vienna. We are not shoppers, but if you like shopping, you’re in for a treat! You’re surrounded by tons of nice stores. We walked everywhere! Lots to see and do in Vienna from museums to food stands to farmers’ market to bars and nightclubs. The concierge gave us wonderful recommendations. Our room was spotless and cleaned twice a day. We never had to ask for anything. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and we appreciate them so much! The breakfast buffet at Park Hyatt Vienna lives up to all the hype! It was absolutely divine. There were so many different options and the presentation was just opulent. The servers were attentive and professional as well. Our last morning there, we opted for room service and it was fantastic. Nothing like eating truffle scrambled eggs and avocado toast with poached eggs along with a piping hot macchiato! Just decadent. Staying at this hotel was not cheap, it was a total treat for us because it was our anniversary, but we deserve the royal treatment and l we enjoyed every bit of it! Special recognition goes to Granite at the front desk who helped us with our luggage and showed us around our room. He was so friendly, approachable, and so, so, so funny! Also Jonas who worked so hard at the front desk. Every time we walked by, he was working! Every time! He told us he was looking forward to some time off to relax … 9 days he mentioned. He deserves it! Joseph also took care of our luggage and our taxi to the airport. He was professional and courteous, too. Overall, this was an amazing trip for us. Park Hyatt is pure luxury and you deserve to treat yourself!

This hotel deserves all the hype and more. We are discerning travelers; we have little time off and when we do, we want to go somewhere where we can literally rest and not have to think at all. Enter Park Hyatt Vienna - where the staff was kind and accommodating and literally anticipated our every need. Breakfast was spectacular. Everybody was highly professional, but still warm and welcoming. I loved the historic building and the location was perfect. Although it was centrally located, it was still quiet and felt very private. Modernizing a historic building is certainly no small feat, but they managed to do so anyways. We felt sorry to leave and agreed with each other that this hotel will be repeat experience in the next year or two for sure. Highly recommend - don't miss staying here!
