Children

Children under 12 years of age stay free of charge in their parents’ room when sharing the same bed. We are happy to provide a baby crib free of charge. An extra bed is available for all guests at a charge of €130 per night, regardless of age. Extra beds are available in room categories King Premium and above.

When booking a second family room for your children under 12, we offer a family discount of 50% on the room rate for the second room, subject to availability.

To make your trip with your child as comfortable as possible, we have the following items and amenities available upon request as part of our Very Important Baby (VIB) service:

• Baby food, water bottle and bottle warmer, diapers, hot water bottle, baby bottle steriliser.
• Children’s bathrobes and slippers for older children.

Children under 16 years old can enjoy themselves in the spa when accompanied from 11 a.m.– 6 p.m. Outside this period, we allow adults the time to relax.

Children up to and including 6 years old have breakfast free of charge. Children up to age 12 have breakfast at half price. Children’s menus, high chairs and colouring books are available in our restaurants.

Room Capacity

As our building is under monument protection, strict fire safety regulations by local authorities limit the maximum capacity of our rooms.

Our King and King Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to two (2) people. Room categories from King Premium upwards can accommodate up to three (3) people. To ensure a seamless stay, please request an extra bed or a crib prior to your arrival by contacting our reservations team.

Pets

Your pet is welcome. For our guests traveling with a dog, we offer our Very Important Dog service.

We charge €50 per dog per night for your dog to stay in your room.

The Very Important Dog service includes:

• Dog treats to welcome your dog
• Comfortable dog bed for the night
• Dog bowl

Our concierge team will have a map of the city ready with recommendations for nice walks. If you do not have time to walk the dog yourself, a dog sitter service can be arranged on request.

For further questions such as dog salons, food and other luxury items or if your pet needs to follow certain diets, please contact our reception team directly.

Please be informed that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the Arany Spa.

Smoking

Our hotel is a nonsmoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are nonsmoking. Please note that smoking in the rooms will result in an additional cleaning fee of €500.
