The Toor Hotel is situated close enough to downtown to be easily accessible for most. I chose to park at a Spothero that happened to be in the alley of the hotel entrance (turned out to be an exceptional choice) and it seemed as though it was essentially overflow parking for the Toor. With In and Out privileges it made coming and going incredibly easy. The hotel itself is beautiful. New, clean, and modern, with smaller rooms but fine by me. The terrace on the 14th floor is a must visit as you get great views of the skyline facing towards the water. The restaurant had a diverse menu and is a great brunch spot. They had live Jazz playing the sunday morning of my departure day but I didn’t get around to it. The real star of the show here was not the property, not the food, not the value. The employees at Toor Hotel are incredible. The team here is of the very best I have ever experienced. Every single person I encountered from day 1 Valet helping me park, (Again, I didn’t even park at the property officially) to the front desk greeting me, to the restaurant staff on Saturday morning, and of course the house keepers making great conversation as I waited for the elevator. This team made this stay rival that of the Park Hyatt Toronto across town. I would continuously choose Toor Hotel over any other Hyatt property in Toronto for this reason alone!

This hotel was a nice surprise! We didn't know much in advance but we really enjoyed it! Close to the Eaton Center and not too far from the Train Station.

Great location, amazing customer service from front desk to cleaning staff! This hotel is a vibe. It's very clean, great gym with good and proper functioning equipment! Loved the terrace on the 14th floor!

Location was great. Tim Horton is right around corner which opens at 6 am for coffee and donuts! and walking distance of about 400 m to Eaton Center (One of the big mall). If you need something 'till late night, Shoppers Drug Store is right by the center as well. Korean market (H-mart), City hall, Toronto logo pond are all closeby. Don't forget the infamous hotdog (Pollish is the must) by the pond! Vibrant of the street (Yonge St) is amazing with so many people around until late night.

A lovely hotel with accommodations exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed and the staff are friendly and attentive. I've stayed here twice for Scotiabank concerts. It is a 20 min walk to Union Station, 10 min to Massey Hall and the streetcar stop is at the end of a short block. There isn't much immediately around the hotel, so even though the streets are empty and quiet at night, I didn't feel unsafe walking.

It’s a very nice hotel, but the neighborhood is sketchy. There was a homeless encampment in the nearby park; and there were drug addicts (smoking crack pipes, clutching needles) on the street.

One of my best experiences in Toronto ever. Amazing facilities, state of the art gym. Super friendly staff. Loved the 14th floor working and kitchen spaces and the terrace. The per-friendly place if super nice.
