General FAQ
The primary guest listed on the reservation must be present at check-in. If another guest is arriving first, their name must be added to the reservation in advance. A valid credit card is required for all check-ins.
We are a fully cashless property. All major credit cards are accepted.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for incidentals hold (CAD$100 per night).
No cash deposits are accepted.
Rooms & Amenities
Guest rooms are located on floors 2 through 15. High floors are considered levels 9 and above.
All rooms include a Nespresso machine and caffeinated and decaffeinated pods, a selection of teas, and complimentary bottled water.
Self-serve laundry is available on the 2nd floor. Off-site dry cleaning and laundry services are also available for a fee.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
Valet parking is available in a secured underground lot starting at $55 per night (taxes included).
Yes. Complimentary EV charging is available via valet parking service. Please note that a full charge is not guaranteed.
Hotel Facilities
The fitness studio is open 24 hours a day for all guests. There is no onsite pool, but the Harbourfront and Cherry Beach are just a 10-minute drive away.
The outdoor 14th floor terrace offers city skyline and lake views and is open daily from 7am to 10pm.
MUSE Bistro + Bar, the onsite modern French restaurant is located on the ground and 2M level of the hotel. Host stand is located on the ground level. Visit musebistroandbar.com for menus and more information.

Pets
We are cats and dogs friendly. $75 for stays up to 7 nights, $150 for 8+ nights (per dog). Maximum two pets per room, up to 50 lbs each. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public spaces and are not allowed in the restaurant area. Pets are not to be left unattended in guest rooms.
