Pet Policy

TOOR Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel in downtown Toronto that welcomes pets staying with guests. Our policy includes dogs under 90 pounds. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public spaces and are not allowed in the restaurant area. Pets are not to be left unattended in guest rooms. 

Fees

For guests staying 1–7 nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests staying more than 7 nights, an additional $75 fee will be administered. All pets must be housebroken.

Credit Card Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your stay. We reserve the right to place a hold on the credit card for any preemptive charges up to 72 hours prior to or on the day of arrival. Should the credit card be declined, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. We require a personal credit card and matching government issued photo ID to be presented upon check-in for payment. Any additional charges to the credit card may occur after your stay related, but not limited, to smoking, pets, noise complaints, minibar consumption, non-registered guests and/or damage to the building.
