Memorable stay in Samui
We had a very enjoyable stay, the room, the food, the view and of course the warm and professional staff made this vacation a memorable one we would love to come again.
Great vacation at beachfront stunning hotel
Beautiful beachfront hotel. Great facilities , rooms amazing , we had an ocean view. Very modern and spotless. Resort amazing. Great food and faultless staff. Only drawback no aircon in restaurants at lunchtime or night so can be very hot and humid to eat despite fans but that’s my only negative Again have to say the staff are really wonderful and make your stay relaxing and comfortable in every way.

Perfect from start to finish !
Lovely grounds, multiple swimming pools, great Gym and SPA, absolutely perfect ! amazing hotel and staff, could not ask for anything more Short 10min drive from Airport and 20min to Fisherman's Village and other tourist area's, beach is on the smaller side and the sand is quiet coarse so you need some foot protection and the sea is rocky. But do;t let this put you off. I would highly recommend a Sea view room with club access, as the food, drinks and staff are amazing. !! We will definitely go back !

Great food experience
Highly recommend. Great food for vegatrians. Fresh, tasty, rich flavors. lots of options. Also for kids. We really enjoyed the staff service and help choosing from the big menu.

Amazing hotel
10/10 experience, everything from the food, to accommodations, beach, and amenities were top tier. The staff is extremely friendly and always able to help.

Very good
Overall, the hotel is excellent. The rooms are wonderful with lovely views, the staff is fantastic—warm and courteous—and the breakfast is simply outstanding. The kids' club is delightful, featuring friendly staff who proactively engage with the children. The pools are great, and the atmosphere is lovely and quiet. The food in the restaurants is tasty but, unfortunately, expensive; the lack of alternative dining options outside the hotel is, in my view, a downside. There are no massage services outside the hotel either, so you have to take a taxi to get anywhere, which is another disadvantage. Additionally, I do not feel the place is sufficiently accessible for families with babies in strollers; getting from one area to another involves a long, very steep walk—at times, it even feels unsafe.

Perfect for families of all ages We stayed at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui as a family of six in September 2026, and everything was simply perfect - the pool, the rooms, the food and above all the staff, whose service was outstanding. The resort is designed for maximum comfort for every age, adults and kids alike, with lots of cozy corners to relax in. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, carefree stay on Samui.

Great place to stay in Ko Samui
The Hyatt is located about 10 minutes from the airport - a short Grab ride away. It's centrally located to get to the many tourist attractions around the island. However, there's not much to walk to near the resort. The resort itself is clean and well laid out. The beautiful views are what you'd expect. It doesn't quite have any sunrise or sunset views over the ocean, but spectacular, nonetheless. There's only a small beach and the sand is coarse compared other beaches. The room they provided was well sized and had a full ocean view. We used the spa and club lounge quite a bit during our stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. They gave us a welcome gift and a memorable parting gift.

Humans of Hyatt
The location is very private therefore you need transport to do anything outside of what is offered in the hotel. The pool area is significant however unfortunately the same people would save sunbeds while not there for hours on the daily which IMO find extremely disrespectful to other paying customers. The breakfast is insane and the best I have experienced. The rooms are spacious & clean and housekeeping do a great job. In fact all of the staff are fabulous. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Amazing tropical getaway
Outstaning hotel. We stayed 7 nights, and since we had an all-inclusive Luxury Escapes package, rarely left the property. The food was outstanding, and the service amazing. Highly recommend visiting the day spa, and we completed the Thai cooking class as well which was really enjoyable. If you're looking for a secluded getaway for a few nights (or a week), I highly recommend.

Beautiful Hotel in such an amazing site
Beautiful hotel. We spent 3 days in Koh Samui. The hotel is beautiful and so are the surroundings. Great service. The rooms are really pretty and spacious; however, I would have loved to have a family suite big enough to comfortably host the four of us.

Under par for what is expected
Rooms were high quality, pool was very small to the capacity of the hotel. Food was high class but if many people staff cannot handle it. Fire show was awesome. Water sport team were very nice. Staff are friendly but miss alot of information to give; they try to compensate but it is eh. Yangna restaurant food is high class. Main point is for the money paid it is not worth it.

An absolutely outstanding hotel and an unforgettable experience! Our stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are new, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The swimming pools are fantastic, and the private beach is beautiful and relaxing — the perfect place to enjoy Koh Samui. The breakfast was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had, with an amazing variety, excellent quality, and delicious food. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. The level of service was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything about our stay was beyond expectations. A wonderful hotel with an amazing team that truly knows how to make guests feel special. An amazing family orientated resort, with both luxury and sustainability.
Our family spent 8 nights at this amazing resort. It exceeded our expectations. Our two boys aged 5 and 3 needed a place to release their energy, and the facilities at the Hyatt Regency went above and beyond. Its location was close enough to all amenities and services, yet far enough to enjoy the quietness of the island. The staff and food was amazing, always available to help my family and I at any given time. The rooms were spacious and always clean.

Wow Wow and Wow!
This is going to be hard to put our experience into words. It was just amazing. Here we go: We are a family of 5 and we required two rooms for our six night stay. We flew in from Bangkok, arrived late afternoon, and had a lovely ride with our airport transportation. Our bags were seamlessly grabbed from us while Ms. Gig checked us in. We had an unusual stay here with our rooms. We had a joining room for one night and then my wife and I moved over to Villa 1 (I'll talk about that later 😀). Gig did a great job setting us up for success as she gave us a nice overview of the property. At this point we also met Trisna who came out to introduce herself as the guest relations person. We chatted with her a number of times throughout our stay, lovely conversations. Being globalists, we had access to the Regency Club Lounge and experienced it for the first time that first night. It was awesome every single night!! The food variety was very impressive for a club lounge, one of the best, if not the best lounge I've been to. In addition to the great food selections, there were wines, beers, soft drinks, and a "Make your own cocktail" station!! Drink mixology is a home hobby of mine and the moment I saw this, I was excited. They had grenadine, simple syrup, lime juice, fresh OJ, fresh Pineapple juice, Aperol, Campari, local white and dark rum, local Gin, and a local Vodka. There were bar tools there and plenty of ice. It was so much fun. Kung and Jusmin went out of there way to get me some hot chocolate and decaf espresso to make an Espresso Martini (which turned out awesome). Then the legendary Mr. Bank saw me shaking my espresso martini and he came up to me and said whatever drink you want, I'll get. I chatted with Nong and Gale asking if Mr. Bank was serious about that. I said a Margarita sounds kind of fun. The next night when we showed up Gale (such a lovely lady) went to a secret cabinet and brought out a bottle of tequila!!! Then Mr. Bank saw me the next night and said "what else do you want?" I said Manhattan, the drink showed up 5 minutes later! Then an Old Fashioned! Then he brought out a bottle of bourbon for me to mix drinks with. Wow!!!! He definitely took care of us above and beyond. I also want to mention Nong again. She took so much interest in our family and we loved seeing her most nights at the club. Then on the last night, Bank introduced us to the General Manager, Mr. Pravin. Our conversation was great. I told him everything from Breakfast, the lounge, and the Villa (still need to talk about that) made us feel like we were the most important people on the entire resort. Our Regency Club Lounge experience was such a highlight for us. Nice Job Bank, Nong, Gale, Jusmin, Gale, Kung, Ja Oh, the chefs in the back, and I know I'm missing some people, too. We will miss you all! Thank you for taking such great care of us! Breakfast - yum yum yum! What a great variety! Our whole family looked forward to it every morning. Great staff, too. On our last breakfast, the executive chef came out to say hi to us, too. Again, we felt like VIPs!! Presidential Pool Villa 1... So we applied a Suite Upgrade Award, then paid for the Presidential Pool Villa. I'm pretty sure this is the best room on the property and probably the best room I've ever stayed in. We have been to a wide variety of amazing places, too. Jenine and Marbell - they were our personal contacts if we needed anything while staying at the Villa. They were so awesome! Whatever we needed, you name it, they got it for us. We had a floating breakfast (Mr Ton did a great job setting this up) Yet another example of Hyatt Regency Koh Samui staff making us feel absolutely loved. Our Villa had two rooms, our sleeping quarters (with an outdoor shower and tub) and the Living quarters with a kitchen. A private pool and a stunning view. We also met one of our housekeepers, Fon, who did a consistently superb job keeping our room looking great. Jenine and Marbell, thank you so much for always being just one message away and coming through with our requests and/or speaker help, 😉. I can see why this property gets such great reviews. The beautiful property grounds, the food and drink, and the hotel rooms are all so nice. The real reason why our stay was so very stellar was because of the team of people that took care of us. We will remember these special people for a long time. Thank you so very much for being so nice to us and making us feel like we were the most important people at this resort for these past 6 days. We loved it!!!
