Breakfast

Continental breakfast is served from 7:00am–10:00am every Monday to Friday and 7:00am–10:30am on weekends and public holidays. Each morning, a Regency Club Chef will prepare made-to-order eggs, omelettes and breakfast favourites, using premium produce from local suppliers.

Refreshments, Evening Drinks & Canapés

All-day refreshments are available from 10:00am to 5:30pm.

Alcoholic Beverages and canapés from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

In the evening, a rotating menu with a mixture of seasonal hot and cold options will be on show - think cured meats, premium cheeses, salads and freshly cooked, bite-sized morsels like mini beef wellington and chicken satay, along with delicious desserts. Handpicked Australian wines, popular beers and spirits and mixers are complimentary, so guests can enjoy a tipple while watching the sunset over Darling Harbour.
