Authentic Poon Choi To Go

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated “Authentic Poon Choi To Go”. This takeout clay pot features traditional delicacies such as braised Hakka-style pork belly, whole abalone and nourishing fish maw, along with festive highlights like wok-fried tiger prawns with ketchup. It also comes with a vegetable basket. Guests can enhance their poon choi experience with add-on options, including fried glutinous rice and baked sago pudding at special prices, making the feast even more indulgent. Poon choi can be ordered until 16 February 2026 and redeemed from 24 January to 18 February 2026.
