Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated “Authentic Poon Choi To Go”. This takeout clay pot features traditional delicacies such as braised Hakka-style pork belly, whole abalone and nourishing fish maw, along with festive highlights like wok-fried tiger prawns with ketchup. It also comes with a vegetable basket. Guests can enhance their poon choi experience with add-on options, including fried glutinous rice and baked sago pudding at special prices, making the feast even more indulgent. Cafe is an all-day dining restaurant serving an a la carte menu as well as buffets. The restaurant consists of a main dining area, a private room and a connecting terrace. Cafe features four show kitchens with freshly made international delicacies: wok-fried dishes, refreshing seafood on ice, freshly baked pizza and pastas, prime meat grilled a-la-minute, and freshly made desserts and baked pastries. Cafe proudly presents a “Heartwarming Winter Feast” dinner buffet from now until 31 January 2026.
