A wonderful stay at Hyatt San Francisco
The hotel is located in a beautiful area near the pier. It has a beautiful revolving lounge providing fantastic views of the area including the bay bridge and ocean. The hotel has a beautiful atrium. The staff members are all friendly and hardworking. Our room is a corner suite with great views.
Amazing views
Very clean room, location was great usually San Francisco hotel feel crowed but this one feel open and not crowded. And the view from the room was amazing.

Perfect business and pleasure location
Wonderful location, sweet cleaning staff, fantastic rotating upper club restaurant to work and eat after 4pm. Will be back.

Good for Business Travel and Customer Service
For a business trip and the cost, the Hyatt met expectations. I recommend the Club Level if you are there for business. There are great views of the city and the convenience of a workspace, coffee, and snacks. I just caution to check in advance about the Club Level's days of operation - they were closed on Monday when I arrived until Tuesday evening. Overall, the hotel meets all of the needs for business travel. I was also impressed with the customer service in assisting me, with a shout out to manager Walter B. He listened to my issue and was helpful and kind in the process.

Would stay again!
Hotel and staff were great, and location was PERFECT! However the mattresses really need updating and a mattress topper or premium bedding option would be VERY appreciated.

Absolutely Exceptional
My overall experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I would also like to recognize Mrs. Karen @ The Market Place in the hotel, whose cheerful spirit and genuine care made a lasting impression on me. She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly personable. Speaking with her felt like chatting with an old friend. Her positive energy, warmth, and dedication to making guests feel valued are truly outstanding. The exceptional service provided by both of these individuals made my stay memorable, and I am grateful for the hospitality they showed. I look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent Hotel for Vacation
The location of the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero in San Francisco is excellent because it is steps away from all transit systems. There are two train lines from SFO to the hotel. I was able to visit all the attractions using the train, cable car, bus and street car. Overall the hotel is an excellent place for vacation in San Francisco.

Great weekend stay!

Perfect location, great staff
I was not expecting such a great experience at the hotel. The hotel we usually stay at when we’re in SF was booked, so we gave the Hyatt Regency on The Embarcadero a shot. We got a room with a balcony, which is great when you have a dog. The room itself was a good size and had everything we needed. Everybody from the valet, luggage assistants, front desk, bartender, were all very friendly and helpful. Great location as well, directly across from the Ferry building.

SF Stay
We have stayed at this hotel many times and generally had positive experiences, which makes this incident especially disappointing. At check-in, the front desk offered us a room upgrade for $30, which we accepted. However, the room was located directly above a wedding, and the noise was excessive and disruptive. At 10:15 p.m., I went to the front desk to report the problem and was told the noise would be stopped. At 10:45 p.m., the noise was still continuing, so I returned to the front desk for a third time. I was then told that the $30 upgrade fee would be refunded. After returning home, I discovered an additional $160 charge on my bill. When I contacted the hotel to resolve the issue, the front desk repeatedly disconnected my calls and transferred me to corporate customer service. The representative also argued with me and initially refused to honor the refund that had been promised. The refund was processed only after I stated that I would escalate the matter to corporate management. The hotel failed to address the excessive noise after multiple complaints and then mishandled the billing issue and refund. I expect the hotel to ensure that the promised refund has been fully processed, provide a clear explanation for the additional $160 charge, and review its procedures for handling guest complaints and billing disputes. Given our previous stays, I expected a much higher standard of service

Was Hoping For Better
Hotel is kept in beautiful condition. Wanted to stary there since seeing "High Anxiety". Valet parking on the ball (only $99 a night), check-in staff wonderful (Ami), Baggage in with Ruben was excellent. Did not see the World of Hyatt Lane when exiting the escalator. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Couch and office chair also hard and very uncomfortable. View was excellent. Windows spotlessly clean. Maid service was excellent. Shower was good for a water rationed hotel. Regency Club was over advertised and under performed. Food selection was poor. Scambled eggs were good. Check out was poor. Texted for baggage pick up. 15 minutes and no response. Called front desk and no answer. Had to lug our baggage down. Hey, we are old people.

Great Experience
Nice hotel, friend and helpful staff. Elevator a bit slow. Valet a bit slow when busy, but will stay again. Great location, beautiful view of the bay on a couple sides.

Hyatt excels at this well located hotel
Hyatt checks all the boxes here with a good facility and excellent staff. Biggest surprise of all was the food quality and service at the lobby bar. Hotels almost never check those boxes. Despite having spent part of my career at a competitor, this will be my new go to in SF.

I stayed at Hyatt for a Conference. My room was very clean and outstanding. The Staff was courteous and friendly. My room was clean and change every day.

Very nice hotel
Beautiful hotel, rooms are very nice, and the staff was amazing. It is right in the center of things, so it is easy to get around on foot for whatever you are looking for and right by the Bart station.

Embarcadero area top stay
Great stay in SF; good night sleep and clean and right temperature. we enjoyed our stay. It had a nice balcony. Coffee in the room is good.

Not worth $600
Overall not terrible, but I wouldn't say it was worth the $600 price tag for 1 night. Especially given the extremely loud music from building nextdoor/below our balcony which made it difficult to get to sleep. Location was ideal and we were able to walk all the way to Fisherman's wharf without any issues.
