Hotel Policies

A daily destination fee of $35, plus tax (subject to change), is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience:

• $15 food and beverage credit at Eclipse Kitchen & Bar
• Retail discount at participating retailers in Embarcadero Center (discount pass available at front desk; present card at time of purchase for discounts)
• $2 off both aquarium and Exploratorium tickets up to four per room; purchase tickets through the concierge
• 10% off food and beverages at nearby Osha Thai (excluding happy hour)
• Buy one, get one free classic sightseeing bus ticket, including Pampanito Submarine tickets
• Special San Francisco keepsake at departure
• Access to digital and world newspapers via PressReader
• Unlimited domestic phone calls
• Package deliveries (five-pound limit)
• Rollaway bed rental (king rooms, one per stay)
• 10% off Sushi Kinta restaurant
• 10% off Harborview Restaurant & Bar
• 15% off One Market Restaurant

 

 

Guests may receive and ship packages through the hotel.

• A $20 handling fee is charged per box that weighs six pounds or more; the bell desk can assist with your shipping needs
  
• The hotel accepts packages no more than five days prior to guest arrival; name on packages must match the name of the registered hotel guest

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. To participate in the pet program, please inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival. Keep in mind, only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Rates are as follows:

• Up to six nights: $100 per stay
• Seven to 30 nights: $100 additional deep-cleaning fee
  
• 30 or more nights: a fee will be assessed at the hotel’s discretion
