Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA allows pets under 50 pounds. Guests who wish to bring their furry friend to our pet-friendly hotel near Union Square are required to complete the pet waiver form, and a nonrefundable $150 pet cleaning fee will be charged.
Receiving and Shipping Packages
Guests may receive and ship packages through the hotel.
- A $6 handling fee is charged per box that weighs six pounds or more; the bell desk can assist with your shipping needs.
- The hotel accepts packages no more than five days prior to guest arrival; name on packages must match the name of the registered hotel guest.
