Hyatt staff made my stay in Seattle amazing, I could have just stayed at the hotel and had a great trip! They made me feel like royalty and also helped me when I left something in my room after checkout, made sure I received it right away.

Comfortable, quiet, and did the job
A very comfortable hotel that has most of the amenities you'd want available right in the hotel itself, whereas others don't have a sit-down restaurant or availability of quick food readily available.

Great location
There was a miscommunication on my room where they said I had it booked for one night instead of three. I showed my email confirmation for three nights and John at the front desk said he couldn’t reinstate the nights and I would have to call Hyatt. Very disappointed that as a Globalist, they didn’t make me feel like one. Then Maid service never cleaned my room the next day, after speaking directly to the maid outside my room. Mr. Kuster, Front Desk Manager, did reach out to rectify the situation but after having our first night and day dealing was issues was a turn off. Overall, location was great, Rebecca and Mikala (concierge) were wonderful. Very easy to navigate the area walking or using the link. I would give it another chance in the future.

Hyatt Seattle fell very short
The beds and pillows were comfy that’s where the whole stay ended I think the staff were attempting to provide service however it fell short with all the other issues -. no parking, breakfast service and layout terrible, staff interactions Wouldn’t stay here again

Best overall hotel in Seattle- I've stayed in several others over the past 20 years and this is the best for top service, excellent location and some rooms with amazing views.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Basic Hospitality Was Missing
My stay at Hyatt Regency Seattle was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. For a property carrying the Hyatt Regency name, I expected professional service, reliable basic amenities, and courteous treatment. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below those expectations. What disappointed me most was not simply that things went wrong, but that even basic problems remained unresolved despite asking staff for help. 1. Wi-Fi That Barely Worked The hotel Wi-Fi was unreliable for most of my stay. I spent more than 40 minutes working with the lobby staff and technical support, but they were unable to resolve the problem. The connection repeatedly dropped, and I was forced to return to the lobby to reconnect. As a result, I had to rely on my personal mobile hotspot for most of my stay, incurring additional costs just to maintain internet access. Reliable Wi-Fi is a basic necessity for today's travelers, especially those who need to work. Spending over 40 minutes troubleshooting a service that should simply work is unacceptable. 2. A Frustrating and Unacceptable Restroom Access Experience While waiting in the lobby, I requested access to a restroom. Staff provided an access card and directed me to walk around the lobby to reach it. The card did not work. I returned to the lobby, reported the problem, and received a replacement card. That card did not work either. When a guest needs to use a restroom, having to walk back and forth because the access cards repeatedly fail is an entirely avoidable and distressing experience. This was a basic need, yet it became an unnecessary ordeal. The lack of a simple, effective solution demonstrated a disappointing lack of consideration for guest comfort and dignity. 3. Little Consideration for Room Preferences My room preferences were not accommodated, and the way the situation was handled did not make me feel that my choices or concerns were treated with appropriate courtesy. Even when a hotel cannot fulfill a particular request, staff should communicate respectfully and make a reasonable effort to find an alternative. 4. Excessively Limited Complimentary Water Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided for the entire stay, regardless of its duration. While this may be consistent with the hotel's policy, it felt unnecessarily restrictive. It contributed to my impression that the guest experience was being compromised over even basic amenities. 5. Expensive Late Checkout and Inconvenient Lobby Arrangements The high fees for late checkout offered little flexibility. I also found the lobby arrangements inconvenient, including the lack of a reasonably positioned table or suitable surface near the entrance for guests to manage their belongings. Individually, some of these issues might seem minor. Taken together, however, they contributed to an experience that felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming. The Bigger Problem: A Lack of Basic Hospitality My greatest disappointment was the overall experience of being a guest. I expect a hotel of this standing to value courtesy, convenience, and accountability. Instead, I encountered repeated failures involving basic services, and seeking assistance often meant spending more time and effort trying to resolve problems that should not have occurred in the first place. The cumulative experience left me with the impression that revenue generation and restrictive policies were being prioritized over guest comfort and satisfaction. I gave this property a one-star rating, and I would have considered zero stars if that option had been available. My advice to management is straightforward: focus on the fundamentals. Ensure the Wi-Fi works, make restroom access reliable, treat room preferences respectfully, and train staff to resolve problems with courtesy and urgency. These are not luxury requests; they are basic expectations of a paying guest. I hope management takes this review seriously. Based on my experience, I would be very reluctant to choose this property again, and this stay has negatively affected my perception of the Hyatt Regency brand.
Avoid this greedy asf hotel
Greedy asf. They charge 300$ per night but can’t even provide free water bottles (they charge for bottles) for a multi day stay! Ridiculous. Only 2 bottles included. You have to pay for extra water which literally costs cents!!!!

Great hotel experience
Excellent location, close to waterfront and in downtown area, so quite walkable to many things and close to monorail station. Very clean, updated, large comfortable rooms; friendly staff; eco-friendlier than a lot of hotels. Food options were good and hotel common areas have great ambience. Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth the price
Room is overpriced for the quality and responsiveness of staff. Hotel is nice overall, just very overpriced. No housekeeping was done for my entire stay despite requesting it every other day at check -in. No trash was emptied, no clean linens, and no towels brought to room. For the cost, the service was not great.

Steps from the Convention Center
This hotel is in a fantastic location if you are attending a conference at the convention center. The hotel is well staffed and the rooms are clean. The restaurants both have great food, and the market is very convenient.

Great location accross the Convention Center and surrounded by so many places to eat and close walking distances to Pike Place and the Monorail to the Space Needle. Very clean and secure parking, rooms, and spacious lobby.

The hotel is in a great location. Went for a conference along with hundreds of other people, so with that in mind, I was so happy the staff made our check-in so easy. The room was super clean, beds super comfortable, and I had a lovely view of the city. Thank you Hyatt!

Great hotel for convention center
Great location for the Convention Center. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains a plus. Bathroom and shower were great. Restaurant was good, though pricey (location). Excellent three night stay. I'd book here again.
