The hotels is very good and everything went smoothly for us, but having to add the resort fee is an issue that I would take into consideration in the future when choosing other options. Otherwise, location, safety and proximity to restaurants and all is excellent.

Hyatt Regency doesn’t care to accommodate to active duty military members like all other hotels do, you must be 21 years old to book a room even if you are traveling on orders/ have a gov ID. very disappointing

I stayed at the Hyatt during the Thanksgiving holidays (2023) to visit family on Mercer Island. The location is within walking distance to Pike Place Market and a quick 12 minute Uber to Mercer Island. Although I love my family, at the end of the day, it was nice to go back to the Hyatt to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were very clean, friendly staff, seamless check in, and I enjoyed the great views of downtown from where I was on the 10th floor. I will definitely be back.

We have come here a couple of times for an overnight stay while in the area. And this is where I will choose to stay again. Great location. And great hotel. We used our annual category 4 certificate and it was well worth it. As a globalist, we were upgraded to the room I requested and hoped for, a 43rd floor room with water view. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful at the hotel restaurant. Free underground parking as well for globalist. We also received a $15/day discount at their takeout market., Very beautiful and spacious lounge that had basic items to eat and drink. Bed was comfortable and I was able to change the temperature to 61 degrees at night to sleep well (that's not always possible in many hotels!).

We always stayed here when we go to Seattle. Great hotel with great location. Walking distance to many attractions, link station, and monorail. Also many good restaurants near by. Will go back many times I am sure.

I was pleasantly pleased with the customer service of the staff at the hotel. My room had an outstanding view of the Seattle waterfront and restaurants were all within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

I'll start that the Hyatt hotel stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were efficient and kind. Very clean and well cared for hotel in the heart of the city. Nice gym! 2 gentlemen in the bar (only locals left ;) ) were exceptional and kind as well! But... We booked at this joined hotel only after confirming with the restaurant (in detail) that we could modify the meals we were going to select. At our dinner, they were out of multiple wines on the menu. We pre planned around their advice that we could order specific items as vegan or allergen friendly but we so incredibly disappointed to find we were misinformed. We had already checked into our hotel, gotten ready for our evening together, and been seated for dinner before we were told our selections were extremely limited for the night. The portion size was far less than expected. Salad greens were wilty. Unfortunately we had an experience that left us feeling very unfulfilled and were grateful the hotel otherwise was still very pleasant overall.

Stayed in the hotel for Microsoft Ignite. The hotel is located right next to the convention center. Everything about the hotel was excellent. My room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed (ex. large TV with Chromecast, great shower, comfy bed, etc.). Wifi was super fast. 24hr gym was a brilliant. I didn't end up eating in the hotel. Had a great stay. Will definitely be back!!

The hotel is located near major companies and is close to the train station. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with multiple pillows from soft to hard selection. It was very quiet; you cannot hear other room or outside noises. Rooms has bottles of water and a generous supply of coffee and teas. Breakfast buffet was excellent with variety of selection from low carb to energy dense food. Ample choice of fruits and veggies. Marketplace, inside the hotel, was great, as you can buy very reasonably priced snakes and food.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency as a conference attendee, so I did not choose the hotel. That said, I can't think of any place I would have rather been! The hotel was beautiful, bright, and clean. The rooms were modern with plenty of light, outlets, and a gorgeous view. We couldn't believe how well we slept. My only complaint would be that the modern shower is basically half open to the bathroom without a door/curtain over the "entrance," so it can be hard to stay warm. The hotel is conveniently located to Pike Place and many other attractions. As late risers, my husband and I frequently have issues with ensuring we get housekeeping service if we leave the room at 11am or later. The Hyatt housekeeping staff were on their game and on the one day we refused service because we were working remotely from the room, they left a note on our door letting us know who/how to call if we changed our mind. Issues with housekeeping are frequently a complaint of mine after a hotel stay, and the Hyatt team anticipated all of our needs and delivered excellent service. We also ordered Door Dash to the hotel and they had a conveniently located table in the lobby that made it simple.
