Excellent and very professional staff easily anticipate guest needs and are extremely responsive to any issues brought to their attention. Broken coffee maker was immediately replaced within minutes of notifying the front desk. Highly recommend

this hoetl was phenomenal excellent location and mede me fee l extremely safe even during this war time. the breakfast was amazing and they made the buffet feel like a personal experience. got my Globalist upgrade to a beautiful suite. early check in and late checkout. and a very comfortable bomb shelter

All hotel staff — including the night manager, front office personnel, Sales Manager, and General Manager — were very kind and helpful. It was truly impressive that, despite the stressful wartime situation, all staff remained positive and did their best to assist guests.

Location near MoFA and the very nice churches. Nice elegant atmosphere. Standard room is too small for a longer stay, with a very small TV and small wardrobe. No minibar. Comfortable bed, warm inside, nice bathroom with bathtub and shower room. Very good internet. Deluxe room is bigger with big nice TV, but internet is poorer than in standard room. I used the cable for the laptop. Excellent breakfast, amazing barista guy preparing cappuccino in the morning. Still one-two rednecks coming at breakfast in shorts and sweated directly from the gym to the very elegant restaurant did not fit into the landscape where Ambassadors and diplomats met officials at the same breakfast restaurant. Nice bar at ground floor. Swimming pool excellent, Finish sauna good and steam sauna good too. Gym bigger than in other hotels and good devices. Spa is clean but with very high prices, with booking and payment for massage and treatment that must be made two days in advance. Big parking in front and parking underground. Very nice comfortable shelter with beds. You can sleep in there until the rednecks come and start pushing the machine button to grind and make the coffee… Outside no restaurant close to the hotel you have to walk 10 minutes to find a place to eat.

By far the top hotel in all of Kyiv. Attentive staff, superior decor, relaxing rooms, phenomenal fitness center, and great food. A must stay.

Do not stay here. The manager utterly failed to respond two times to my simple request and said the Kyiv hotel is separate from the USA. And she only cares about Kyiv hotel and not Hyatt policy

Brilliant staff, location and facilities. Gym and pool particularly good. Excellent rooms - well cleaned daily. Strong protocol and secure shelter for air raid alerts.

I always return for the exceptional staff and service. The rooms are top notch, and the food is also excellent. It’s perfect location allows easy access to all parts of Kyiv.

probably the best hotel to stay in Kyiv. convenient location. shelter on the parking level, hotel provides beds in the shelter. I traveled for business great variety of food for breakfast

This hotel is really Nice in all aspects. The staff is very Professional and always answering to our nerfs. The room is wonderfull and also the breakfast is very good.

Very good and confortable hotel but with a bad restaurant service. I really don't recommend the restaurant; the staff it´s from a 2 star hotel, not a five star. The rooms are wonderful, I really enjoy the stay.

The hotel facilities are first-rate. Recently redecorated rooms, excellent food (and wonderful views of city from indoor/outdoor restaurant on 8th floor), and pleasant and helpful staff all with good English. But most importantly, they were all responsible and reassuring during a visit that overlapped with several attacks on the city by Russian forces. If one's business takes one to Kyiv before the war ends, there is no better or safer place to stay,

Overall stay in the hotel was excellent, especially taking into consideration current war situation. Only small detail to be improved: TV in the room didn't want to react to wireless connection of notebook

Excellent hotel until we were moved to a different room. Told it was a deluxe room but it was not. It was much smaller in every aspect from our first room. Only thing deluxe was the view. This experience made me question the entire quality of Hyatt.

Very clean and accessible hotel in city center of Kiev. Great location and staff. Excellent pandemic measures. Great Spa with excellent fitness, pool and massage service. Allows business traveler all amenities needed for business and pleasure.

It was my first time in Ukraine and I was lucky to chose to book at Hyatt Regency.It is best location for business and leisure in town, close to diplomatic district and main touristic places. I recommend for travelers that need to go to Kiev for both business or tourism.

The Hyatt Regency offered a very luxurious stay. Breakfast buffet selections were amazing. The rooms were large and spacious. Fitness center (gym) was very large and well-equipped. All the staff were very gracious and friendly, yet very professional.

Excellent hotel. Staff and amenities were all fantastic. Hotel location could not have been better. The gym was the best hotel gym I have ever used. There was a lot of space and the equipment choice were aplenty. This was our second stay at this hotel.

Visited this hotel during my business trip. Well located, good room size, clean, modern, well equipped. Didn't dine there, but had breakfast, which was quite good with nice selection. Hyatt service, as usual, never disappoints and very much client oriented.
