Hyatt Regency Kyiv offers the choice of multifunctional conference rooms for up to 300 people. Our function spaces feature a newly renovated, bright and festive Ballroom, elegant London and Paris meeting rooms, convenient Boardroom ideally suited for business discussions. The Bibliotheque, with its large windows and high ceiling, is perfect for social gatherings. For smaller meetings, consider Brunello on the minus first level. All facilities are fully air-conditioned and equipped with remote-controlled lighting and some with electronically controlled screens. Except for Brunello, all meeting rooms offer natural daylight.

Ballroom is the most spacious and grand room of the conference center with 371 square meters (3,995 square feet). The multifunctional ballroom can be divided into two sections: Regency Ballroom and Regency Foyer. The glittering ballroom can host any occasion, from a meeting to elaborate weddings, fashion shows, product launches, press conferences and more. Situated on the first floor, the flexible space is elegant and classic yet with contemporary twists, featuring stunning Swarovski chandeliers and built-in mirror niches. Suitable for up to 300 people for standing reception and 250 for a meeting in theatre style.

London meeting room offers two flexible spaces of 64 square meters each. They can be merged into a single room of 128 square meters, accommodating up to 110 guests. The meeting facilities are equipped with in-built screens and projector. Our dedicated specialists are eager to assist in arranging additional equipment as per your request. The London meeting room is situated on the ground floor, adjacent to the Paris conference room.

Bibliotheque is one of the most beautiful and in-demand meeting rooms at our hotel. With its impressive large window and a small, private open terrace, it offers spectacular views of the old town, the glorious St. Sophia Cathedral and the St. Michael’s Cathedral. Bibliotheque provides a beautiful setting for business and private meetings alike with its distinctive tall, domed ceiling and fine architectural details. This 80-square-metre space accommodates up to 50 guests as a cocktail reception and features shelves lined with antique books, as might be found in a private room of a stately home.
