Great hotel
What a wonderful place to stay!! The rooms have a great view of downtown. The food service during the conference was excellent. The glass elevators are so cool to look out of. Located close to everything in downtown can walk to every place from the hotel.

Nov2023 business stay Excellent
In town for a few days on business . Room was super clean and super comfy. There was a conference in the hotel, so it was pretty busy in the common areas, but was extremely quiet at bedtime which was great! Thank you for a great stay!

Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service and I am part of their loyalty program. I reported my heat not working in my room on more than one occasion. Room never for above 68 degrees. Maintenance never showed up and front desk could care less when I complained again at check out. I will stay at the JW next time I am in town.

Beautiful Atrium with morning light shining through
The Hyatt Indianapolis next to the convention center is a Very cheerful and friendly hotel. The staff at the front desk are very courteous. The Atrium is beautiful and I loved gliding up in the glass elevator with the view of the Atrium.

Expensive hotel, cheap experience
From the outside the hotel looks very nice and expensive. The lobby makes you feel like you are about to have quite the premium experience. You get up to your room, and the experience is anything but. Very cheap low quality rooms. Amenities not as listed, or far lower quality than you would expect for what you are paying. If this was not a business conference I would not have stayed here, and if I have another conference in the area, I will most stay at a different hotel.

Indifferent staff
Capital View rooms have a fantastic view but are directly across from the elevators. Was not informed about this until I checked in and when I questioned the lady at the front desk, she said it is one of the more quiet rooms. Needless to say, this was an incredibly noisy room and it took a great deal of effort on my part to get another room. After checking in, I was ignored by the bartender and had to walk across the street to get a soda and snacks. The staff at the front desk (at check in) greeted me with indifference.

FFA Convention
The hotel has excellent service and very friendly staff. The room was great with a very comfortable bed. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job and did a cleaning every day. The location is superb for downtown events.

FFA Convention 8 night stay
Rooms were clean, and cleaned and stocked daily. Toilet needs to be fixed, it ran all the time. Staff was excellent and attended to our needs. WIFI was very good. Restaurant breakfast is fine, but kind of expensive for the choices. Also - would be nice to receive 4 towels in a double room instead of an odd number of 3.

Gets hotel
The check-in was very easy and the whole staff was incredible. The bar staff goes above and beyond and the food at the bar was great! The bar staff and the concierge were very helpful with helping us find places since we were from out of town!
