Located right in the center of downtown Indianapolis within walking distance of food, shopping, and entertainment. Clean area and felt safe even at night. The room was in excellent condition and all the utilities worked as they should. The conference area is spacious, clean, and easy to access. They could work on the escalators which seem to hit a weight limit. Bathrooms were a decent walk from the conference area and had fewer stalls than needed during breaks. I really have no other criticism. Honestly the best hotel experience I've had in a couple of years and I'm staying somewhere every 3 weekends.

Phenomenal property to do a meeting at! Great staff, great food and great rooms! Would come back here in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Overall beautiful hotel with great meeting spaces. Staff throughout the hotel were helpful and anticipated all my needs. Hotel is located in the heart of downtown and walkable to so many good restaurants, bars and entertainment areas. I will only stay at the Hyatt Regency Downtown when I visit Indianapolis!

Family of 4, globalist, reserved a double bed and got a double bed room. The condition of our bathroom was pretty gross when we entered the room, there were bits and pieces of cotton and one looked reddish and put on top of the shampoo bottle. Grossed us out, but the kids had to take a shower so we cleaned it up as best we could. The bathroom sink was also leaking water, when i texted the front desk, they were pretty prompt in fixing this. The breakfast was okay. it was a buffet and you can order from the menu, but it was like they put the buffet food on a plate and added some things as a bonus. Checkout was fine, valet guys were nice... everyone was nice really, just the condition of the hotel is kind of nasty given our first impression.

Overall, it was a nice stay; it just needs to work on better temperature control. Open to staying again if the opportunity presents itself.

Good location, hotel is very nice and clean, great amenities located on site. Only negative is the prices in the Level One restaurant/bar.

Great overall experience. I had the best night's sleep I've had in months all three nights I stayed. I awoke refreshed and ready for a busy conference.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was phenomenal experience and I am hoping to get room there in April of 2027 for our National Convention...

I liked the hotel's location. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. It's a great location if you're in town for a football game. Getting around the area was a bit challenging because of all the construction, so we decided to use the valet parking. It was a great service to have available, especially with the traffic and road closures. The room was a good size, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. One thing I noticed was that several areas in the first-floor restaurant and lounge seemed to be blocked off with furniture that looked like it was being stored there, which did not create the best impression. Another issue was the shared microwave located on the first floor near the gym. It appeared very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was also no nearby trash can for disposing of food containers, utensils, plates, or napkins. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a trash can and some disinfecting wipes so guests could clean up after themselves and keep the area tidy. For the value of the hotel, having only one shared microwave for the entire property seemed limiting. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's location and valet service, good customer service, but a few improvements to the common areas would make the experience even better.

Location was perfect many top notch restaurants in walking distance. Along with convention center. Starbucks located right in lobby.

It's not very often I leave a review, but I was compelled to after the wonderful stay I had at the Hyatt Regency. The location for the convention I attended was perfect. There were so many amazing restaurants nearby, and the front desk staff were more than happy to provide suggestions. Speaking of the front desk staff - a huge shout out to Jennifer for being kind, thoughtful, and hilarious. I didn't catch everyone's names, but know everyone who worked at the hotel was amazing. David in security is a real one. Everyone went all out to support the convention attendees, and that was definitely seen in the hotel rooms themselves. I had a corner king suite, and I genuinely felt like royalty! Amazing views, super clean, very spacious, and I loved that I had two beds to lounge on. I honestly can't wait to come back next year to see what the hotel has in store. :)

Clean rooms. Room was cleaned all 3 days I stayed. Comfortable bed. Many wall charging outlets throughout the room. The hotel and PNC bank is in the same building. Subway within the building.

Amazing Staff starting with the Parking Staff, the Luggage Staff, especially the young lady who helped us with our luggage and her brother who also works at the Hyatt. Our amazing Lady for Indian who checked us in and took time to talk about the Indian dish, Coconut Rice and other dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and felt like family. I was traveling with Big Daddy Don Garlits and NHRA. I highly recommend the Hyatt Down Town.

My experience at this hotel was amazing! Jennifer at the front desk was AWESOME. The elevators are so cool being see-through right in the lobby. The convention space is pretty large and beautiful! Hotel was clean and well-managed. Low noise as the hotel has specific quiet-hours which is a nice touch. Water bottles were provided in the room which was much appreciated.

Tired hotel and caters to conventions. Never again will I stay there. Awful experience. There was a furry convention going on and the noise was awful. Worst stay at a Hyatt in recent memory. Add insult to injury could not self park due to convention so had to pay $63 for valet. Rooms are dated and AC blows right over the bed so it’s very uncomfortable. Hated all aspects. Not Hyatt worthy.

I stayed at this very nice hotel for 3 nights for a national conference. Booking was easy and the hotel provided advance information on where to park which was needed due to a lot of construction in front of the hotel and really throughout the downtown area. I stayed on the 19th floor and found the elevators fast and reliable, a big plus when hosting a large group of about 500. Check in and check out was easy to do on line - very smooth and quick. Although the rooms had a small refrigerator, there is only one microwave available which is located in the fitness center. Besides the hotel's restaurants, there are many restaurants nearby. This hotel is located about a block from the state capitol.

Way too expensive!! The 4 days cost nearly $1K and I only slept and showered, didn't really get to enjoy the place. Ballroom was way too cold!

The staff was very helpful from the moment I entered valet parking. My room was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. The food at Level One and Conference meals were very good. The food and drink at the Eagles Nest was outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully laid out!

Very nice downtown location, close to nice restaurants and just a 10-minute walk to Victory Field where we caught a perfect summer evening game with the Indians. The only downside was the wait at the elevators when convention sessions let out. There's much to see downtown that I didn't have time for on this trip so hoping to get back soon and will be happy to stay at Hyatt Regency again.
