A tired hotel and customer service on the whole poor… I was greeted for break fast with a literal ‘name and number’ request… no good morning… no have a nice day… very ‘unamerican’.

Huntington Beach Vacation
Great location and beautiful hotel/resort. Would highly recommend. Can never go wrong with Hyatt Regency at Huntington Beach. Great shops and restaurants within the resort.

Very good
You can't go wrong here the very best of everything. Food pool Beach and the rooms. the staff and service were a 10 Plenty to do with out even leaving the resort

Nice big resort
This is a lovely resort. Very big. We had an oversize ocean view room. The room was nice however, our balcony faced PCH making it very noisy with traffic all day and night. We couldn't enjoy the balcony because it literally sounded like a freeway. I'd request a room away from the main street- so there goes your ocean view.

The perfect hotel and venue for absolutely any occasion!
A perfect and I mean perfect venue for a meeting, conference, wedding, or just vacation! The hotel and the staff are in a luxury class of their own. They set the bar really high and it will be tough to beat. Amazing customer service from the valet to the grounds keepers. The food in the restaurants, shops, poolside, and banquet rooms was delicious. The bridgeway to the beach with their beach canopy service, fire pits and restaurant on the sand was so awesome! Can't wait to go back again.

Family wedding experience
The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We were there for a family wedding. The venue was just beautiful and the facilities outstanding. It is undoubtedly expensive but worth it for such a special occasion

Great place to stay in Huntington Beach
I couldn't ask for a better experience at your place. I got there a little bit earlier than expected so i thought i was going to have to wait all afternoon. I was greeted by Nicole with a big smile and i was too early for the room she picked for me, so she gave me a pool key and said she would text me when my room was ready. She told me the Valet staff would lock my luggage up so i could enjoy the pool. The bartender was also pleasant and gave a sample of a local beer i hadn't tried before, i laid by the pool and a text came through that my room was ready. I went up front where Louise(sp) greeted me also with a smile presented a room keys without explaining why i only had a pool keys. gave me directions on where my room was. Thanks too everyone in front making my checking in and afternoon stress free!!

The pool experience, including the layout, and folks working the pool, servers, bar (Rodrigo) and food (i.e. Tacos) are the best in the world

Fantastic family holiday
A wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. Hotel catered for all needs from simple take out pizza to gourmet dining and all in between.

Excellent Huntington Beach Location
The location of the property is excellent - it has a large pool and is literally across the foot bridge to the beach and biking/walking path. The hotel rents bikes just outside the main hotel entrance. It is a short walk to the pier and town. Also, there is a surf school a short distance from the hotel along the bike path.
