Reservations are recommended for Watertable, especially for dinner and weekends. Other outlets may accept walk-ins but can have wait times during peak periods.
Yes, we offer room service with fresh and sustainable creations by our innovative culinary team. Some specialty menu items offered at Watertable are available through In-Room Dining. Breakfast and dinner are currently available, and delivery fees and gratuities may apply.
Outside items are generally not permitted in hotel restaurants or public food service areas for health and safety reasons.

Yes, there is a mini fridge in every guest room for your convenience. We also have Surf City Grocers located on property that stocks snacks, breakfast items, Starbucks coffee, and a wide range of beverages, including wine, beer, and liquor.
Hypoallergenic bedding and pillow options are available upon request. Please notify Reservations or Housekeeping in advance.
Yes, daily housekeeping service is provided. Special requests for timing or reduced service can be accommodated by contacting Housekeeping.
Yes, there are ice machines and water dispensers on every guest room floor and throughout the public areas.

No. The resort is non-smoking in all guestrooms and indoor public spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please check with the Front Desk for locations.
Rooms include refrigerators; minibars are not standard. To request stocked amenities, please contact the hotel in advance or visit our “Book Experiences” page on the website.

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa offers valet-only parking for the convenience of our guests, with both overnight (including in-and-out privileges) and daily valet options. Yes. Tesla and Level 2 EV charging stations are available through Valet. Please notify Valet upon arrival to confirm access. Charging is subject to availability and limited to hotel guests.
We do not offer shuttle or transfer services. However, the resort is easily accessible by airport taxi or rideshare services.
Yes. For your convenience, there are three airports nearby: John Wayne Airport (approximately 30 minutes), Long Beach Airport (approximately 45 minutes), and Los Angeles International Airport (approximately 60 minutes).
We highly recommend using a rideshare service, rental car, or taxi for transportation to the hotel.
Walking and biking are ideal for exploring the beach and downtown areas. For longer trips, rideshare, taxi, or rental car options are convenient. The hotel offers bike rentals through Toes on the Nose and a local shuttle (fees apply) for short routes.

Hotel Facilities
Both pools are heated and open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Spa Grotto, which includes three hot tubs, is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Yes. The 24-hour fitness center includes cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, Peloton® bikes, stationary bikes, free weights, resistance machines, and a stretching area. Wellness programming, including beach walks and group fitness classes, may also be offered.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guestrooms and select public areas. Premium high-speed internet is included with the resort fee.

Pets
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach welcomes dogs. Our policy allows up to two dogs (individual max weight 50 lbs, combined weight 75 lbs).

Nonrefundable reservations are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. If canceled within the allowed window, guests receive a full refund of the deposit. Outside the window, one-night room and tax or the full stay may be charged.
