The Ballroom is column-free with three main entrance doorways, featuring a dramatic, tapered Thai ceiling design and a movable elevated stage. The state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment include front and rear projection facilities, suspended LCDs enabling three different viewing options and a control room overlooking the ballroom. The size of the Ballroom is 400 square metres / 4,303 square feet and has a capacity of up to 400 people for a reception, plus a spacious pre-function area.

The Regency meeting room features state of the art audio visual technology and built in, flip down display rails. Flexible in layout, the space can be divided into three individual rooms to suit your needs. Regency I measures 9.2m x 7.5m / 30.2' x 24.6' (69 sq m / 743 sq ft) and accommodates up to 50 guests. Regency II measures 9m x 7.5m / 29.5' x 24.6' (68 sq m / 727 sq ft) with a capacity of up to 40 guests, while Regency III measures 8m x 7.5m / 26.2' x 24.6' (60 sq m / 645 sq ft) and also accommodates up to 40 guests.​
