Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3 PM
• Checkout time: 12 Noon
• The minimum age for check-in is 20 years old. Guests are required to present a valid hard copy of I.D. or passport issued by government authorities during check-in.

Child Policy

Child 12 years old or below can stay for free when sharing the room with their parents, hotel could set-up sofa bed when requested.

Pet Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay for you and fellow guests, we appreciate observance of the following guidelines:

• The assigned pet-designated rooms are the deluxe rooms.
  
• A maximum of two pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed. There are no weight restrictions on pets.
  
• There is no charge for the first pet, but a charge of THB 1,000 per day plus tax and service charge will be applied to your room account for a second pet
  
• Due to health code regulations, we regret that pets are not allowed in public areas—including any food and beverage outlets, THE BARAI or pool areas—except passing through to the beach. Pets are permitted in assigned rooms.
  
• Your pet cannot be left unattended in your room at any time.
  
• Your pet must be kept on a leash at all times in the resort or on the resort property unless it is in your room.
  
• If you require service, please contact housekeeping to arrange a time.
  
• Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  
• Please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property.
  
• We understand that accidents are sometimes unavoidable. If an accident should occur, please call housekeeping immediately so we may try to prevent any permanent damage.
  
• The hotel reserves the right to charge a guest’s account for the costs of any damage caused by a pet.
  

Extra Person Policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 13 and above will be charged as adults. Rollaway beds may be available for an additional charge.
