The Regency Ballroom welcomes you to a modern event space, designed for an elevated meeting or social event. The Regency Ballroom provides 9,800 square feet of space that consists of three spaces that can each be partitioned for an elegant, private event: Makai Ballroom boasts over 5,400 square feet and includes views of Waikiki Beach. Maloko Ballroom features 2,150 square feet of charm suitable for up to 125 guests at a classic reception or 150 for a seated banquet. Mauka Ballroom features 2,250 square feet of elegant space with room to accommodate 140 for a banquet or 175 for a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception.

We are happy to arrange all audio-visual requirements for your wedding, providing for your equipment needs on a rental basis. All banquet rooms are equipped with in-house sound systems: the podium lectern and first microphone are provided with our compliments.

World of Hyatt points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa. One point is awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points may be used toward future overnight accommodations
