great location. Perfect in the middle of the action. Perfect location for those doing tours as pick up is on the KOA side by the green awning. bigger than it appears dont be fooled. The room was dated but bearable. ABC stores on the bottom floor there are two. right across from beach. Check in was easy no issues sent us a box of chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary. wrist bands available to open doors , you will receive a key card as well. Overall good stay I recommend.

The Hyatt Regency Waikiki had the best locations and all the amenities you could ask for it is located right in front of the Duke statue and was so easy to walk across to the beach each morning.

We went on a great trip with family and friends to Waikiki, and the Hyatt Regency was a wonderful place to stay. KJ and the team were extremely welcoming, and we loved that the pool had beach chairs, sand toys, and even boogie boards to borrow to use at the beach. The location is so convenient that this was our second stay here.

Best hotel in Waikiki!! Thatʻs why I keep coming back again and again!! Fantastic views, nice pool and hot tub. Valet parking is expensive but makes staying here easy.

Beautiful Resort and great location. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time. Can't wait to go again.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki! From the World of Hyatt check-in experience to the room accommodations, everything was top notch. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The service was exceptional throughout our visit. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the front desk team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. It’s clear that the entire staff takes pride in making guests feel well taken care of. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Waikiki!

Hyatt Regency Waikiki is my go to hotel on O'ahu - the service is spectacular, and the employees not only make me feel like a valued guest, but also as part of the 'Ohana (family). Waikiki Beach is a short walk across the street and makes a walk along the waterline and dip in the ocean incredibly easy. Also, everything you could possibly need or want is within a few minute walk. As a repeat guest, I can vouch for a consistent high standard for service and attention to detail. As much as I'd love to try out some of the iconic hotels directly on the beach, Hyatt's service reminds me why I need not look elsewhere for a place to stay on O'ahu.

Location is great. Hotel was clean. Staff was great and helpful. Reason form my score, noise level. For starters, our door was hung crooked on the hinges, allowing all the light from hallway at night while sleeping. Then we could hear all doors closing, next to us, down the halls, above and below us. Also, the sliding patio doors all around us, opening and closing all hours of the night. We didn’t a good night sleep our entire stay.

Very comfortable rooms. Great views. Pool bar was great for catching the NFL Thursday game....which is in the early afternoon in Hawaii.

We had the Surf House Junior Suite and it's got to be the best Hawaiian themed decorated hotel room on the island. The service was immaculate definitely recommend anyone coming to Hawaii or anyone from here simply having a staycation like we did to stay here.

This hotel is way too loud with restaurant live music and hallway noise at late hours. It was very hard to sleep in this environment. But I was here for business and not in vacation mode. So the loud guests and partying was frustrating.

Well situated property in Honolulu. Valet staff very kind & helpful. We would be happy to stay here again. Love the Kai Coffee location in Atrium shops & proximity to Waikiki.

The Hyatt Regency Waikīkī was the perfect place ti celebrate our wedding anniversary. The facility is beautiful and the staff was always very helpful.

We had a great stay at HRW. James at checkin made our trip truly enjoyable and stress-free. Location was great. A higher floor would have made our trip more memorable.

It's hard to beat this Hyatt property in Waikiki! Lanais are bigger than most, room upgrades are plentiful, the Club Lounge is fantastic (although really really perfunctory about removing breakfast at 10am). All the food I had from the pool bar was excellent-- a bit slow at typical meal rush times but nothing out of the ordinary. All staff I encountered were kind and friendly and housekeeping was ON TOP OF IT. Serious kudos to them for zipping in and out of our room to keep it sand-free and clean. Everything in the room was clean and worked great including the shower, TV, fridge, and AC. The beds are the usual comfy Hyatt beds I love. The location is right across from the beach, so the trade-off of the usual brief noise in the evening applies but it always quieted down by around 10pm. Also right next to the international market and target for shopping and of course tons of great restaurants. The only tiniest complaint I could even think of is noise from the hallways was quite loud. Thankfully we had polite neighbors. Overall loved my stay and will be back. My second-fav Hyatt next to the one in Kauai (but this one is way more affordable!)
