Our booking window for cultural activities close one hour prior to the class start time or when the class is full. If you’re not able to access the class you’re hoping to join, please stop by the Hawaiian Culture Center located on the 2nd floor of our Diamond Head tower. The wait list is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Yes, guests may store their luggage with us after check-out at our bell desk by at the front drive.

Rooms & Amenities
Waikiki City View offers views of the surrounding city and does not include views of the Pacific Ocean. Ocean View offers views of the Pacific Ocean from your balcony. Ocean Front offers full views of the Pacific from inside your guestroom.
We offer some of the most spacious guestrooms in Waikiki. Our standard guestrooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. We offer one bedroom suites for those who require additional space or privacy.
Yes, after checking-in at the front desk, you can access your room with your own personal device, without carrying or remembering your guestroom key. Available through the World of Hyatt app only.
Yes, we offer light daily housekeeping with full service every fifth day of your stay. If you prefer full service sooner, we are happy to accommodate upon request.
Yes, we provide each guestroom two custom, reusable water bottles for you to keep! Ice machines and purified water stations are located on each guestroom floor. Additional purified water stations are located on the 3rd floor near the guestroom elevators.

Same day laundry and dry cleaning service is offered Monday through Friday 9 (excluding holidays). When items are received before 9:00 AM, you can expect laundry delivery by 6:30 PM. A laundry valet bag and a complete price list of services are available in your guest room closet.

We do not provide shuttles or transfer services but recommend SpeediShuttle, Uber, or Lyft.

Hotel Facilities
Yes, Na Ho‘ola Spa is located on the 5th floor, open daily from 9am-5pm. We recommend advance reservations. Please take the center atrium elevator to visit. Access to the spa is only available from 9am-5pm. For reservations outside of these hours, please click here.
Yes, the outdoor pool and whirlpool are located on the 3rd floor, offering scenic views of Waikiki Beach. The pool is open daily from 7:30am-9:00pm, and the hot tub is open daily from 7:30am-10:00pm.
Yes, our Stayfit fitness center is open 24/7 on the 3rd floor and features treadmills, Peloton bikes, free weights, and other gym equipment to complement a full workout.

Connecting rooms are based on availability. For guests who require more space, we recommend booking one of our One Bedroom Suites, which offer a separate living space and bedroom with two full bathrooms.

Booking & Policies
Please refer to your email confirmation for your applicable cancellation or change policy.
At check-in, a hold of $50 per night is placed on your credit card to cover potential incidental charges. If your room charges exceed this amount during your stay, an additional authorization may be applied. Your card will not be charged until check-out. If no charges are made, the hold will be released, though it may take 2–3 weeks to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution. You may also choose to settle your bill with a different card or cash at check-out.
