Hotel Policies

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are requested to contact the front desk for requests

Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Standard Rate: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one-night room charge
  • Non-Refundable Rate: Reservations made at a non-refundable rate are subject to a full charge upon booking. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted
  • Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may result in rate changes

Payment Policy

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation
  • The hotel accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, RuPay and Diners Club
  • As per RBI guidelines, cash payments are accepted up to INR 50,000 for one stay without PAN Card
  • The maximum limit to use cash for guests is up to INR 200,000 for one stay. Pertaining to the same, guests of Indian nationality can deposit PAN Card and international guests can deposit Passport as proof
  • A deposit may be required for reservations during peak season, special events, or group bookings. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking
  • As per RBI guidelines, FOREX encashment can be done according to the cash policy mentioned above 

Identification

  • Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof 

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed at the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

Accessibility

  • The hotel is committed to ensuring accessibility for all guests. Accessible rooms and facilities are available. Please inform the front desk of any specific needs or requirements at the time of booking

Lost and Found

  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please contact the front desk in case of a valuable item is left behind

Health and Safety

  • The hotel adheres to all local health and safety regulations, including enhanced cleaning protocols. Guests are encouraged to follow recommended guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay

Damage and Loss

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property. Charges for repairs or replacements will be applied

Special Requests

  • Special requests, such as room preferences or additional amenities, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Events and Meetings

  • For events, meetings, or group bookings, please contact our sales department for information on policies, availability, and pricing

Visitor Policy

  • Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to involve law enforcement if necessary
  • Visitor need to submit their government ID proof at the time of their visit, if not complied, hotel has the right to admission the guests to leave the premises
  • Guests carrying a licensed weapon are requested submit the weapon at front desk for safe keeping as per hotel policies
  • Guests are requested to not have visitors post 10:00 pm in rooms, they can meet in common areas like Hotel Lobby or The Lounge
  • Guests can access Swimming Pool facility from  7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Guests are requested to bring their own swimwear and will not be allowed to use the pool without appropriate dressing

Privacy Policy

  • Hyatt Regency Gurgaon respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website

Valet Policy

  • Hotel valet will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicles
  • Guests are requested to refrain from keeping any valuable items in the vehicle, the hotel will not be responsible for any loss of valuable items from the vehicle
  • Hotel provides self-parking space on requirement 

Luggage Policy

  • Hotel consists of luggage storage room and can keep luggage for the duration of 30 days post-checkout
  • Guests can avail of concierge services during their stay
