Wonderful stay & Value for money
Wonderful stay in the heart of the city. Very kind staff, and very clean rooms. Rooms were spacious and valet parking is an added advantage. Breakfast was good, variety of dishes, and quality of food, ambience, and the overall experience was very good.
Great Hospitality
Everything was good. Front desk helped me with extended check out given that we were with the infant. Also chef ensured that we get baby food as per our instructions.

Housekeeping and training needs
Bathrooms cleanliness (the details) were not up to standard as your eyes can spot these. Additionally electrical sockets are a hit or miss with regards to working conditions.

From the moment we arrived, Kashish made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her attention to detail, thoughtful gestures, and willingness to go the extra mile made a remarkable difference to our entire stay. She personally ensured that we were allocated the right rooms, guided us through every step, and proactively checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed, including all the amenities required for a comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly stood out was her personal touch. It was not just about ensuring that everything was in place; it was about making us feel valued, comfortable, and at home. Get blown by what you where expected and what you really get in return!
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Chennai for 1 week and the experience was one that definitely make you want to go back for sure.Firstly you have the staffs which are all nice people and very humble if I may say,when ever you request something or require something they are always there without wasting time.the room itself is very nice and comfortable and the cleanliness is one to appreciate.The breakfast also was very good and the service for the buffet was top notch.Will most definitely recommend the hotel without thinking twice just by the personnel experience itself. And as for me I will definitely be going back when I go back to Chennai.

Nice stay in Chennai
We spent three nights at the Hyatt Regency Chennai as a family and had a genuinely comfortable stay. The Diplomat Suite was exactly what we needed - a separate living room where the hotel had an extra bed set up for our daughter, and plenty of space to unwind after long days in the city. The evening happy hour was a lovely touch. Breakfast at Spice Haat was a highlight every morning; the spread opens at 6:30, which suited our early starts. The team handled every request smoothly - extra bed, extra towels, and housekeeping fully respected our do-not-disturb sign. The location on Anna Salai worked well for getting around Nungambakkam and Teynampet. We will happily stay here again on our next visit to Chennai.

The experience was top notch, respectful, cheerful warm staff, in room dining and service was very staff, reception staff go over and beyond to accomodate your request. The food is something that keep haunting u to go back to, they american, continental, Indian and Asian food. I recommend Hyatt and this has been my go to places for accomodation. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has something for every mood, from the serene, nature-inspired pool to lively dining spaces, intimate candlelit dinners, and a peaceful lounge with excellent snacks and drinks. The staff are warm and welcoming. A special mention to Kashish from the Front Office, whose kindness, thoughtful room upgrade, and personal attention made my stay truly memorable. I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Great Experience
Akshay duty manager in starting for room allocation he was perfect and gave us best view room along with Ms. Ankita Chakraborty guest relation, HK staff Mery, Karthick, Rupam made the room perfect with all amenities.Mr.Akshay Regency loinge again F and B department super courteous and all other staff in Regency Lounge area. Now the Executive Chef, Chaat chef Mr. satendra and ll other chef made the breakfast great and catering all my needs in breakfast as well as lounge. Over all the staff was super and me, wife and kid enjoyed. Super place to stay, super staff and great hospitality.
