Yes, all guestrooms include complimentary Wi-Fi and a work desk with ample outlets and good lighting. A 24-hour self-serve Business Center is located on the 2nd floor of our Cascade tower for use during your stay.

Absolutely. Our “Hyatt Has it” list provides items available to borrow. Request feather-free bedding, extra pillows or towels, a humidifier, or other comfort items prior to arrival or via the World of Hyatt app during your stay.

Yes, service is provided on a regular schedule, with options to tailor timing or frequency. Need service at a specific time or extra items? Tell us via your Word of Hyatt app or at the front desk. To conserve water and energy, we also offer linen reuse.

Same-day dry cleaning and laundry service is offered Monday through Saturday for items picked up before 9 a.m. Pricing varies by garment, and you’ll find your laundry bag and pricing in your closet.

Guest rooms include convenient amenities such as a coffee maker, hair dryer, ice bucket, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, TV remote, and a selection of toiletries. If you need medical-grade storage or freezer access, contact us before arrival and we will coordinate.

Microwaves are available for guest use on the 5th & 15th floor of each guest tower. Additional microwaves are available for personal use for $25 per stay plus tax and are based on availability.

Rollaway beds are available for $25 per stay plus tax. Availability is limited, and can only be placed in rooms with a single king size bed or suites. Please inquire in advance of your arrival.

Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends.

We offer a selection of Pacific Northwest–sourced items, including house-made sandwiches, salads, beverages, and sundries. Available 24/7, our Market is conveniently located next to the Front Desk.

You may order from local restaurants using your preferred delivery apps. Please add your name to the order. All deliveries must go to the Front Desk due to secured elevator access, and you’ll be notified when your food is available for pickup from the lobby.

Filtered water Hydration stations are available on each guest floor near the elevator landing and in our fitness center.

Our nearest commercial airports are Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA), located 17 miles away, and Paine Field (PAE), 24 miles away. The Bellevue Transit Center and Bellevue Downtown Light Rail Station are located conveniently 3 blocks away, connecting you to Greater Seattle.

Bellevue also provides a complimentary electric‑vehicle rideshare service called BellHop, offering convenient transportation specific to downtown Bellevue attractions and some adjacent neighborhoods.
