Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions.
To participate in the pet program:
Inform the hotel you will have a dog (or dogs) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival. A $75 additional fee will occur for reservations that fail to provide advance notice. Cats are not allowed. Dogs must be housebroken, attended to at all times and on leash while on property. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, meeting spaces, Fitness Center, or any other public areas other than the lobby. For added convenience, our team is available to provide information on nearby walking routes, pet shops, groomers, vets and local pet friendly establishments.
Rates are as follows:
Up to 6 nights — $100 per stay
7 to 30 nights — $200 per stay
30 or more nights a fee will be assessed at the hotel’s discretion
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under, or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.
Guest Room and Suite Policy
Occupancy
Per state regulations, no more than five people can be in a room.
Tranquility
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Disruption may result in eviction of all non-registered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.
No Smoking Policy
Our hotel is a smoke-free facility and does not allow smoking in any guest rooms. Rooms that are found to be in violation of this policy will be charged a minimum of $250.
Cleaning and Damages
Excessive cleaning needs that result in a delay for the next guest will result in a minimum of $250 charged to your room. Guests are responsible for any damages made in guest rooms and suites.
Incidentals Hold
At arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges and an additional $50 per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post on your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three- to-five business days. It is strongly discouraged to use a debit card, as the authorization will place a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.
Package Policy
The hotel is happy to receive packages and hold them for arrival. To receive incoming mail, please address it to the hotel, with Attention: Guest Name.
Package handling fees are assessed per package received. Packages can be picked up or can be arranged for delivery via the front desk.
Fees are as follows:
· Letters: Complimentary
· Packages less than 20 pounds: $7
· Packages 20 pound and above: $10
· Pallets: $200 or more
Firearm Policy
No firearms allowed
Photography & Videography Policy
We encourage our guests to take personal video or still photographs while enjoying your visit for noncommercial purposes.
To ensure enjoyment of all our guests, a written permission from the hotel is required to utilize our hotel property (indoor/outdoor) for professional portrait photography or videography purposes, including but not limited to wedding, engagement, class, family and individual portraits, advertising photography and model/fashion shoots.
