Our all-inclusive meeting package provides convenience, while adding style and service to our flexible meeting spaces in Overland Park. Our hotel offers 1,586 square feet of comfortable venues that can accommodate 6-60 people for corporate conferences and meetings, training classes, reunions and hospitality or social occasions. Choose from a variety of layout options to suit your event, including a theater- and classroom-style. All rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that exit to a private patio, featuring outdoor seating and overlooking our open, green space and outdoor pool, ideal for wedding functions. Each space can be configured in a variety of ways, including: One Room with 1,586 Square Feet, One Room with 1,196 Square Feet, One Room with 806 Square Feet and One Room with 390 Square Feet. Our executive meeting space hotel also offers audiovisual equipment, flexible and accommodating layouts, creative catering options and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. In our conference rooms, you’ll have access to drop-down projector screens, two LCD projectors, conference phones, podium, whiteboards & flipcharts and free Wi-Fi. The hotel can rent additional AV equipment, as needed (i.e. speakers, microphones) or guests are welcome to provide their own at no additional charge. Our comprehensive, all-Inclusive meeting packages keep things on track and on budget, with menus and an event host to ensure everything goes as planned and includes meeting room rental & setup, AM/PM break packages, buffet lunch, in-house AV equipment, all-day beverages (non-alcoholic) and a dedicated Gallery Host during event hours.
