Great Hotel with friendly staff
Greeted by friendly staff upon check, room was clean and comfortable, great food from Room Service. All round a very good experience.
Best hotel in the area by far
Flawless hotel. Everything is modern and spotlessly clean. True 5 start hotel. Has a decent gym open 24/7. Has an excellent restaurant downstairs which serves exceptional dinners and fantastic, healthy buffet breakfasts. Very friendly staff. Lovely walk in showers with good water pressure. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again in future.

Excellent stay
Beautiful facility, with great rooms and staff. Enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfast was great. Handy to the highway.

Weekend getaway.
Warm and welcoming staff greeted us on arrival, after a quick check in process we found our room. Well appointed for business or relaxation, with a beautiful dining space and gym on the premises.

Good hotel location for both business and leisure.
Very clean hotel, and staff were superb friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was just ok, not much options. The price os good, great value for money.

Delightful family night away
The service was amazing, we booked the fairy room for the kids and they loved it. Both rooms so clean, breakfast and coffee amazing. Sitting in the lounge on a Saturday night while the kids had ice cream, we had a few cocktails and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere as a family.

friendly staff and spacious rooms
A lovely hotel with spacious, clean and beautiful hotel rooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. the hotel is a bit out of the city centre, however if you have a car, it is easy to drive to the nearest station and take a metro in to the city.

Comfortable stay, amazing amenities

Great comfortable room to work and staff were great
Fantastic stay. I was working in the room during office hours then catching up with friends and family during breaks. It was perfect for this.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel with amazing food and lovely staff. They make you feel like a regular though this was my first time. Clean and slick is the best way to describe my whole experience.

5 Stars! Flawless stay, free parking, and an incredible steak!
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park. Everything was top-notch, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the warm, attentive staff who made me feel welcome from the start. Having free parking was a huge bonus! Don't miss dinner at the in-house restaurant, the Fillet Steak and Creme Brulee were genuinely amazing. Fantastic amenities all around. Will definitely be returning!

Great location. Quality hotel
Beautiful hotel in great location with spacious well kept surrounds. Plenty of parking space although not secure, it is well lit at night and is free.Excellent restaurant & fabulous buffet breakfast. Lovely room with comfortable couch. The only downside was the bed was not as comfortable as we’d expect in a Hyatt (A bit too hard). Staff are all very helpful, courteous and professional. There are a few other eateries within walking distance and the gardens in and around the Office buildings opposite are stunning. Unfortunately, there was no access to the Caribbean Lake.

Best hotel - great staff
Outstanding hotel that offers friendly service, beautiful clean rooms with all the amenities you need and with everything in just the right place. Great food menu as well from breakfast through to dinner. Conference facilities are also excellent.

Great stay.
Great hotel. I recommend the restaurant and found the room to be very comfortable. The location is easy to get to. My room was quiet and high standard. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The Hyatt Caribbean provides prestigious accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of the Melbourne. I highly recommend staying here.
