Hotel Payment Terms and Guest Agreement
I authorize the hotel to debit my credit card or raise an additional invoice for any charges not settled upon departure. Should your guest room account exceed AU$250.00 in outstanding balance, this will be automatically settled to the card provided upon check-in. Upon signature of this registration card, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and accepted the conditions of residence. If settling your account with a credit card, a card transaction fee will apply.
Full Payment Upon Check In
Our hotel requires a full payment of the entire accommodation rate upon checking in. Additionally, we do take a $100 deposit on guest’s credit card or debit card to guarantee any incidental charges.
No Cash Payment For Accommodation Rates
We do not accept cash as the sole method of payment upon arrival. Guest must prepay the entire accommodation rates on arrival, and we will require either a credit card or debit card to guarantee any incidental charges.
Walk-In Reservations
For Walk-In reservations, we ask for a valid driver’s licence or passport to be presented at Reception Desk upon checking in. We will not accept cash as the sole method of payment.
Pet Policy
The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.
Non-Smoking Policy
Please be informed that our hotel maintains a non-smoking policy in all guest rooms and common areas. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. Any false alarms due to smoking will incur additional charges.
Use Of Guest Room
In the event that the guest breaches the provisions of the guest room usage and cause impairment or damage to his/her guest room and/or any other facilities or equipment of the hotel or to result in the hotel becoming impossible or difficult to provide the services, the guest shall compensate severally for the damage caused to the Hotel.
Parking
The hotel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by fire, theft, collision or other cause to any vehicle or part thereof, or its contents. Please remove all valuables from vehicles. Hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property.
