This must be the prettiest hotel I have ever stayed in! We got the room with the view of the Harbour and it did not disappoint. They have giant windows to view North Point and the Harbour. The room was very clean and very well stocked. Housekeeping was very helpful and on top of making sure our rooms get cleaned everyday. I'm an Interior Designer and the room was very well designed, down to the very last detail.
The location is also very convenient since it is a walking distance from the City Flyer A11 bus, which is what we took going to and from the airport. Of course, they also can assist in booking a Taxi for you but we opted to take the bus instead. It is also very close to a mall. And it was nice seeing old ladies exercise early in the morning in the park nearby. It is also very close to Northpoint train station.
The only confusing thing when you first get there, is that there are two buildings that look very similar and Hyatt Centric Hotel is somewhat hidden from view. That confused us a bit on our first two days. Though we soon figured out that the hotel is on the building on the left side, when coming from North Point Station. Check in and Check out was also a bit slow. I wish there were more people at the front desk. But that's just me nitpicking. Overall, we had a great experience and we would definitely love to come back! :)
