The Club Suite gets you access to the VIP Lounge which has such amazing views you could actually plan a date night in the Lounge. Oh and there is something for everyone, the breakfast buffet and happy hour are where its happening for a delicious soiree of decadent fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses, Chia, croissants, and soups. Ask for a made to order Latte, Cappuccino, espressos, or whatever you choose, sit back and sip, as you taken in the most breathtaking views of the City from the plush sofas or even plusher chairs. Lounge in your room, the lounge, or any numerous nooks throughout the hotel. Why stay in Bogota if you are not staying at the Hyatt Grand?! Best stay I had during my 2-week stay in Colombia.
Grand Hyatt Bogota is GRAND! The staff was amazing, the room and views of the Andes mountains was very special. 5 star experience for me.

High-end Hyatt in an out of the way location...
- beautiful interior lobby with spacious rooms, but they're pretty plain vanilla. the bathrooms are beautiful. - the 'Andes view" is also a view of the multi-lane freeway... - a distance from town and anywhere you'd want to go to; a rather remote, new residential and office building area - the spa is massive! but the hot tubs were not hot at all!

Lovely
Excellent food and service - fresh food every time that was tasty and depicted local cuisine. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower fantastic, and the lighting just right. Flawless internet, a great DND system, and fresh flowers in the lobby added thoughtful touches. The location is excellent, the meeting space is functional and elegant—and the staff? Absolutely fantastic!

Not what I expected
1. Slow check-in process and they blocked my credit card pin because they used the tap option 3 times. I contacted my bank in Canada and was told that was the reason for the blockage. In the future they should not assume that all cards work with the tap and should ask the client first, in my case when I’m outside of Canada my credit card only works when inserted in the terminal machine. 2. The way the staff followed me around the hotel was very uncomfortable, they asked what room I was staying at all the time. If you need to validate that much then put bracelets on your guests. 3. When leaving the restaurant after breakfast me and my group were stopped by various hotel staff to Let us know that breakfast was not included and that we had to pay. The way they did this was so uncomfortable, we were were made feel like thieves. 4. Food safety and options not great: The scrambled eggs at the v breakfast buffet were cold a few times.The options were mostly greasie food. 5. The bar and their process is not great : I stayed with the executive team from my work and spent time at the bar every night. The person that was paying for the drinks was one of the partners of the firm, however y during checkout I was charged for “yuquitas” and despite explaining that I never ordered the person at the counter insisted that I had ordered and that I had to pay. 6. The staff ot the Japanese restaurant did not speak Spanish and we had to ask for water 3 times. The customer service did not match the price we paid for. I will not stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá if I had a choice.

Fantastic Stay
I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch—professional, attentive, and warm. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning views of the city and mountains. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. The hotel’s spa and indoor pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also ideal—close enough to major attractions while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Only downside is that it was so nice I didn't want to leave the hotel :)

This property is more beautiful than any of the pictures
This property is beautiful, the customer service is very good. I enjoyed the comfortable beds. The meeting rooms were comfortable. The breakfast options could include more protein but very fresh fruits especially on the weekend. Since I went for a meeting I can speak more to the quality of the meeting spaces, there were awesome and met our needs

A pleasant stay
A wonderful hotel!, near the shopping center "La Gran Estación". An incredible buffet breakfast service, committed to the environment through plastic reduction. The lobby and restaurant staff were very friendly at all times and diligent in resolving concerns immediately.
