With panoramic views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Wasatch Mountains, Sunspell delivers a day-to-night vibe that is equal parts chill and electric. Sun-soaked lounging, craft cocktails, live music, and a program that transitions seamlessly from mellow afternoons to lively nights.

Chef Alessandro Silvestro’s menu celebrates the bounty of Sunspell’s terrace garden with microgreens, vibrant herbs, and citrus from the lemon trees shine in every dish.
