Certain times of the year may see higher rates. Below are times where you may see a higher rate compared to other dates:

• Festive Weeks, meaning the 2 (full) weeks within which Christmas and New Year’s Day occur, recognizing a Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday duration for minimums.
• MLK holiday weekend
• Sundance Film Festival time period (or any similar successive festival)
• Presidents’ Day holiday weekend
