Very nice hotel
We arrived around 8 PM and checked out 5 AM the next morning. Locating, the front desk was a small challenge as it's hidden behind a wall beyond the bar on the 4th floor. The service at the bar where we had a light snack and a beverage before going to bed was a pleasant experience. The view from the room was an aviation enthusiast's delight with large windows that looked out onto the international gates tarmac.

Much better than American average Grand Hyatt
The faucets in the lounge are relatively short, so hands need to be held near the edge of the basin while washing, which causes water to run off the hands and onto the countertop. On the evening of October 8, no cleaning was observed in the lounge, and a total of six tables remained uncleared during dinner time.

Nice and excellent
the location is superb , definitely. the gym, breakfast, and staff etc. were excellent too needs improvedment: 1. the noise level. both in-room aircontitioner was noisy , also the windows may do a better job at isolating airport noise 2. the showerhead water pressure was weak and poor.

So easy and comfortable!
Forget the shuttle buses - if you want a seamless start to your vacation or business trip, this is the place to stay. You are right there at the airport. Simply take the air train up the stairs and you are at your terminal. The hotel is comfortable and quiet - nice bar and restaurant too so you don’t have to go off property. It’s gotten more expensive since we started going ($300 approx to now $500/night), but we love the peace of mind and ease. Good to know about parking: if you are staying less than a month away, use the BART parking in the Millbrae BART station. You can buy your parking on line and then take BART into the airport. Very easy and cheap!

Comfy, Quiet, Convenient, & Luxurious!
This hotel is fabulous and so convenient. The AirTrain takes you from the rental car return directly to the hotel, and then takes you back to the terminal when you leave - no uber, no bus, no endless walking, and no outside walking. Additionally, the hotel is superb in every way -- the comfy beds, gorgeous bathroom with a bidet-type toilet (warm seat!!!), nice, large shower, and LOTS of counter space. I was in a corner King suite right next to the runway, and I don't know what kind of glass the windows are made out of, but it was silent in that room. Mini-fridge was nice, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, and a large safe as well. We didn't have food there, but the drinks were GREAT and the baked goods in the market looked delicious. We really enjoyed out stay here - so extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

Outstanding option for awaiting next day flight
Stayed for the convenience before an next morning flight, but were really impressed by the luxurious yet casual nature of the hotel. Nice touches like motion sensing lighting around the beds and bathroom. Huge bathroom and stand alone tub (first time my wife was ever willing to use a hotel bathtub. Great food and service. Well built and quiet despite being next to the airport. Having it's own AirTrain station connecting car rental and airport terminals is a super plus. A highly recommended stay in preparing to catch a flight the next day!!!

Baby friendly luxury
Convenient location walkable to the airport and fantastic for our stay with our 1 year old! The restaurant is delicious and views of the planes and trains from the rooms a very exciting bonus for kids.

Great bed and linens, espresso maker, great shower/bathroom. So convenient from SFO airport. Will definitely stay again when returning from Europe or East Coast with overnite plus a day or two before headed back to Hawaii.

Best airport hotel ever
This hotel has a terrific location; it’s right on the airport transit line. Even tho the hotel is so close, I didn’t hear any airport noise. Also, the room was clean and comfortable; and the decor was understated neutrals matching my experience w other Hyatt hotels, perfect for a weary traveler who has a long layover between flights. I would def stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying overnight between flights at SFO.

Don’t trust this hotel
Parking was misrepresented about pricing. Lot attendant was uninterested in correcting the over charged amount. Asked him to call his manager, I provided enough information to get the advertised long term pricing, but they did not care or seem interested in keeping my families business.

Excellent airport hotel!
Very nice hotel and super convenient for early morning flights! We thought it might be noisy right at the airport, but the soundproofing was incredible and we could watch flights coming and going and didn’t hear a thing! Highly recommended!
