In view of overwhelming patronage we have received for afternoon tea and dinner, THIRTY8 may encounter full-house situations where seats will not be available for walk-ins. To avoid disappointments and to help us manage all expectations, we strongly recommend advanced reservations to be made for dine-ins at THIRTY8.

Grzegorz Odolak, Director of Culinary

Warmly known as Chef Greg, the Poland national brings with him more than 20 years of professional culinary experience. After his first exposure to Thai cuisine, Chef Greg honed the nuances of culinary style that underwent a unique spin several years thereafter, during his tenure at numerous Hyatt properties around the globe, and is now recognized for his own signature flair that is fresh and fluid. Taking on a new role as the Director of Culinary at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Chef Greg is all for embracing the vibrant food culture in this city with the aim to focus on harnessing the best local ingredients with deep deliberations of European cuisines.
